Regan watched Tyler for a moment or two before sighing quietly. Back to his traps. She did admire Hume for that... being smart enough to make these things that would help protect them. He was really quite clever, she thought. She then looked over to Jax as he answered the question, her head still slightly cocked. She then nodded. "Yeah, you were completely out when we found you. you probably should still be out, considering someone threw you on the floor," she chucked lightly, cocking her head towards Tyler. She then leaned forwards to rest her head on her hand. She was curious about him... and it seems like she was ready just for fire off questions at him. "do you have a little group... or something? Any more people?" She asked curiously. Maybe, if they got close enough, he'd take them to these people... if he had them, that was.

Tyler glanced up at Regan's sigh, shaking his head a little and looking amused. "The traps are what keep us safe from rabid animals while we're sleeping, so be thankful." He half teased and continued the slow work of threading the twine together and tying on the metal clips. As Regan spoke again Tyler sighed slightly, ignoring what she said and continuing to put on clips. Would she ever get over that? - Jax glanced at Tyler as the boy spoke. It was smart of him... but also a little over done. -He caught more than animals... I wonder if that was his plan all along- Jaxon thought warily, eyeing the man up and down before turning his gaz back to the girl. "Yeah.." He cast another glance at the boy, who didn't seem too annoyed. "Well I used to but I left because they kind of all died off and disappeared. At the moment I live by myself." Jax said warily, wondering why she seemed so interested.

Rolled her eyes, but he was right... the traps did keep them both Safe. They'd caught more that enough to prove that they were useful, even I. Their sleep. "I know, I know," she chuckled lightly. It was just the two of them. Her and Tyler. They needed more than eachorher to keep an eye on things, so she was grateful for him... very grateful. He kept her safe and comfortable too. Regn couldn't help her slight frown when he said it was just him at the moment. "Oh... it's really just you, then?" Shebfrowbed quietly before sighing softly. No more people. Her heart dropped a litttle bit but nodded quietly to him. "I see," she nodded quietly. "I'm sorry to hear that," she added as she went to go and grab both the boys plates.

-Muah ha ha, no retort, she agrees- Tyler thought in a pleased manner, putting together the traps and almost finishing. Now he just had to put them up... but he didn't trust Jaxon yet. Like, at all. Tyler just needed to stall enough that one of the two people left. -Ima be here for hours, great plan moron- Tyler scolded himself. He was way too... protective. This guy could barely walk and Regan could take care of herself just fine - Jax observed the two speaking, then tipped his head as Regan seemed upset with this information. Did she want more people? Was she lonely? How was she lonely if she had this other boy? Questions ran through Jax's head, making him a little dizzy, but he cleared his mind quickly. "Yes, it's just me." He confirmed slowly with a small nod.

Regan watched Tyler for another few moments before sighing softly, he worked too much. It wasn't often that she saw him just relaxing. He was always fixing something - or hunting and he seemed to like his walks along, too. She didn't actually see him very much, when she thought about it. When they were together, they were either in silence or a bit annoyed with one another, it felt like. Well, she was never, ever annoyed with him, but she did think she got on his nerves from time to time. "Tyler, have you not done enough of your traps? Go put them out and come and sit for a while, please?" She asked quietly. He did need. A bit of a break... he'd been doing this his like all day. She then looked to Jax curiously. Well... one more person was alright. It was better than having no one, she thought. There was one more person... and they could get along, she'd have two people to talk to, for a little while. Well, more like one but there were two of them all the same. "Ah, alright then," she murmured lightly. She took it he'd want some rest. A lot had happened, so she assumed he'd want a moment to himself. She was happy to give him that, so quietly went along to grab the plates to wash them up and put them away.

Tyler finished with the traps and moved onto the next task... rubbing the rust off of some of the metal clips. He snatched a rag pre-placed in the corner and a small bucket of stream water he had grabbed, starting to gently brush the rust off and then go to scrubbing. When Regan spoke he looked over ad tilted his head a little, seeming to ponder her words. "Okay" He finally consented with a nod, standing up and gathering up the nets. Tyler couldn't set them all up now, so he placed them outside the door and sat back down with a slight sigh. If Regan wanted him to sit still and... listen... he would have to do that. - Jax watched the two for a moment. They made a weird pair... he could tell both were dominant but Tyler decided to step down, time after time. He could imagine that it really was a choice to step down every time for the boy. Dragging his mind off of this thought, Jax glanced at Regan before nodding slightly, watching her walk away before sighing slightly. He was tired, but something felt a little off with the guy... so he didn't exactly feel comfortable sleeping.

(Hope your holiday or whatever happened went well!) Regan let out a heavy breath of air when Tyler went to settle with her. She knew he didn't like it much, spending time with her and obviously this new person. But he didn't have to talk, he just had to engage... which she knew he could do. She couldn't understand why he was finding this all so difficult, though. Well, she didn't really have to know, she supposed. "Thank you," she murmured quietly to him, obviously more than happy.

It did, thanks) - Tyler glanced at Regan again, who seemed to be thiking rather hard. He just wished he had something to do, but engaging was fine. Tyler loved spending time with Regan, it was just a bit... hard... with Jaxon sitting right there. He would try his best, though. Tyler decided to make an attempt on the dreaded thing, small talk. He had always been mystified on why people talked about random things... focus your attention and energy on talking about something important rather than if your pancakes tasted nice that day. "It was my pleasure. What would you like to do today... if anything?" He asked quietly, tilting his head and watching Regan
