A doctor walked in, her gaze flicking up to him.
| |

Noah looked over at the doctor.

"Not the best news. Obvious news first, you broke a lot of bones, next is recovery time for everything is defanitely not short but more medium lengthed. You'll be out of here in no time but most of the casts will stay."
| |

"Okay," Noah replied hoarsely.

"That's all I have for now, i'll update you once I find out more." With that the doctor stood, movig to walk out. "Thank you," Emery spoke, looking back at Noah.
| |

"Thanks," Noah said, watching the doctor go before turning back to Emery.

"Well.....not the best news but defanitly not the worse news we could get." She said sarcastically, feeling her phone buzz and see it was Max, he rarely called, so why call now? It couldn't be good. She answered it, face marked with urgency. "Hey how's Noah?" Was all he asked, Emery letting out a sigh of releif. "He's doing alright, not the best but surviving." After a few minutes she hung up the phone, putting it back into her pocket and humming ligtly.

Noah opened his mouth to speak as her phone rang so he shut it. He stayed quiet, feeling completely sidelined while she spoke on the phone as there was nothing else to do, but he waited.

"Max just about gave me a heart attack. Never calls unless it's bad news but he was just checking in on you." She explained, returning to Noah's bedside.

Noah just nodded, not really sure what else to say. "Thats nice,"
