Sage hummed softly, thinking. "We should get things that won't go bad," he suggested. "Prepare enough for winter. There'll be times we won't get any game," he added. "Jerky, dried berries, that sort of thing." In the spring maybe they could get some chickens and start a garden, but for now that's needed.

She nodded, seeing a stand selling exactly that. "Think I found the place," Elara noted with a smile, walking towards it before they purchased what was needed, seeming low on coins. "Is this all we have? Running a bit low. . . don't you think?"

Sage nodded and moved toward the tent Elara had pointed out, helping her pick out a few things. When she mentioned they were low on coins, he let out a heavy breath. "Just about," he noted. "There's a few other coins scattered in the box but....that's most of it."

She nodded, understanding. "Means we go back to good old theft then," Elara noted, doing so as she slipped a pearl necklace off a woman passing, pocketing it.

Sage chuckled with a nod. "Do be careful, but....yeah grab what you can," he agreed, rather amused by the whole thing if he was being completely honest with himself. He found it endearing, in a way.

Elara nodded with a grin, the trio getting to the path leading home, out of the crowd. "Okay, got two sets of pearls, ruby earrings, a gold ring, and found a stack of. . . 10 coins." She noted, displaying everything in her hands.

Sage grinned as she showed him her spoils, reaching for her own pockets. He'd gone for money bags of the richer people he'd seen, counting them. "Got seven money bags," he noted. "Not sure what's in them all ...we can count it all up when we get back home," he added, sliding them back into hiding in his pockets.

"Might be able to sell these today, depends on where we go. Back post should get the most out of them, there's other places though." She noted, eyeing the pouches he had before continuing walking along.

|
Sage grunted with a nod. "We should probably either go now or wait a while to read them in. Don't want to get caught," he pointed out. "It's up to you what you want to do," he added. Either way should be fine.

|
"True, people will report them missing then somebody will buy, word'll get out and traced back to us." Elara noted, agreeing. "Let's head back, seems the safer option."
