Sage threw her a grayeful glance when she handed him books that would be easier to figure out, reading her with the ones he had been trying to figure out. "Thanks," he noted. He really should learn to read better...but he also didn't exactly want to go to school and such as an adult.

Sage just nestled into her side, working his way through the first book in his pile. It took him a while, but he was getting through it well enough.

Celeste leaned on him, resting her head on his shoulder.

When she leaned into him, he moved to hold the book he held in one hand and wrap the other around her, drawing her in closer with a small huff of air.

Celeste smiled, continuing to read as she leaned into him.

Sage was content to sit there and read, definitely wanting to learn more about all this. When he heard Liz start to cry though, he admittedly welcome the break, since he was getting a heachache. So he pecked Celeste on the head and moved to get uo, hummign a quiet. "I'll be right back," to her

Sage moved to grab Liz, taking the time to play with her for a few minutes and pace around to get himself moving a little bit. Just...taking a few minutes to move and let his brain relax a bit.
