Axel got ready slowly, moving to perch on the window sill and sketch out some things again. (That's actually a good idea lol. We could maybe time skip a few weeks, so they're together for a while, and have fallen in love and whatnot. How they admit that love to each other I have no idea lol. Someone could get hurt or have something happen? Idk)

Duncan finished up, wandering up to his room. (I don't rlly wanna timeskip too much for this one tho. Maybe they just start noticing little things about each other and gradually fall in love with each other? Cause I also wanna have Duncan struggle with the 'wait a minute, I like dudes?')

Axel greeted Duncan with a small smile when he heard the other boy come in, going back to his sketch after a moment or so. (yeah i don't want to timeskip a whole bunch either. I think them going slowly would be cute, and i agree duncan needs to have some inner termoil xD)

Duncan smiled back. It was nice, really. Someone who noticed him walking into a room. Someone who smiled at him. "Hey," he hummed lightly, smiling. "I got you some breakfast," he said, placing the food down on the table.

|
Axel nodded when Duncan mentioned the food, placing the paper and pencil he'd been using down on the windowsill and hopping off of it to wander over to the table. "Thanks," he'd noted, plopping down on the chair sitting next to the food. "Any big news from the outside world," he asked after a moment or so, nibbling at the food he was given.

Duncan sat down on the edge of the bed, resting. "Yeah, of course," he hummed lightly, watching the boy. "Not really,"

|
Axel had spun the chair around to face Duncan, perching on it lightly as he peered at him, nibbling on the food he'd been given. He'd cocked his head slightly in response to his comments, glancing out the window. "No family drama, then, huh," he asked with a grin, clearly joking around. He didn't really expect Duncan to drop any tea about his family. Especially nothing bad. "Your bothers wife gave birth, didn't she? Means youre an uncle," he added after a moment, cocking his head slightly. "That's cool."

|
Duncan maintained eye contact as they spoke. "No, not really," he hummed lightly. "Yeah, she did," he nodded. "But I've been an uncle since I was eight, so I'm kind of used to it," he noted. "But its a girl,"

|
Axel felt his eyebrows creep upwards slightly when Duncan mentioned being an uncle since he was eight, chuckling softly. "Your brothers been busy, has he then," he mused lightly, sitting back in his chair. He didn't look away from Duncan though, unable to look away even if he wanted to. There was something.... fascinating about them, in a way.

Duncan nodded. "They're happy..." he trailed off. "-Which is good," he corrected himself. "Just makes it feel like I'm behind in it all," he breathed.
