Malakai Negri - Malakai watched as she got up and got dressed with a smile. He stayed seated on her bed as he watched. She wasn't worrying about modesty, so Malakai wasn't worried about watching. Kai just stayed seated on he bed as she plopped down at her desk and began to work. He simply just watched her. "I do, and there is one. Its tomorrow lunch and afternoon, there's lunch and a ball," he informed her. |

Camery Valatieri - The woman nodded thoughtfully, her brow quirking up as she glanced over at him. “You’re very organized,” she remarked softly, genuinely impressed. She'D noticed the level of detail he’d put into everything, even the day prior when he'd folded their clothes up. The realization amused her more than she’d care to admit. A playful hum escaped her lips as her eyes scanned him, her gaze lingering for a moment. “I’d wager you’d look rather good in a suit, hm?” she mused, a teasing smile tugging at the corners of her mouth before she turned her attention back to the papers before her. Her fingers grazed over the documents absently as she continued, her voice light but thoughtful. “They’re coming to discuss security,” she said, her tone shifting slightly. “Although, I’m not entirely convinced they’ll be of much help.” She sighed and shook her head slightly. “I had a... thing with their prince a while back. None of them are particularly bright,” she added, letting out an amused chuckle as she remembered it all. |

Malakai Negri - Malakai chuckled, leaning back on his hands, completely at ease with her. "Maybe, you'll see tomorrow," he chuckled. "I'll bet you look stunning in a dress," he commented with a smirk. However, when she brought up why the gathering was being held and the prince she had 'a thing' with, he stopped smiling gritting his teeth a bit. Kai never wanted to see another man even touch her. He wasn't even with her, but the thought of her kissing or being with another man made his blood boil. Kai wanted to be that person for her, that guy who she kissed and wanted at night. |

Camery Valatieri - Camery’s lips curled into a teasing grin as she eyed him with a playful spark in her eyes. "I can already picture it," she purred, her voice light but filled with mischief. She moved toward her drawer, her steps slow and deliberate, as she retrieved a dark purple tie that would match her dress perfectly. Tossing it in his direction with a cheeky grin, she added, "Maybe you'll see tomorrow." She oticed the slight shift in him... his teeth gritting, and suddenly she just wanted to play with him. She walked toward him with a confident sway in her hips. "But if you're going to be following me around all night, you might as well look the part," she teased, her voice low and filled with subtle invitation. She slid onto his knee, half sitting, her weight just enough to make her presence felt. As her fingers wrapped the tie around his neck, she brushed against him intentionally, her touch soft but lingering. "It suits you," she whispered, her lips curling into a knowing smile. Leaning in, her breath just a hint warmer against his ear, she let her voice drop to a flirtatious murmur. "Between you and me," she began, her fingers lightly tracing his collar as she pulled back slightly to look him in the eye, "I think we’ll need to keep an eye on all of them." Her gaze softened, the playful challenge still there but with a touch of something more serious beneath it. "I don’t trust any of them," she whispered, the words just for him. She paused, her lips curling into a smile that was both teasing and a little bit daring. "And I’ll need you to keep a very close eye on me," she added, letting the words hang in the air as she leaned just a little closer, her eyes sparkling with unspoken promises. |

Kai leaned forward towards her with a smirk, placing his hand on her thigh, his eyes darting between her eyes and lips. Purple wasn't necessarily, the color he usually wore, but if he was matching with her, he'd most definitely wear the tie. Plus her dress would look absolutely gorgeous. Camery looked gorgeous in anything, even her night wear. She was always stunning, he couldn't wait till he saw her dress tomorrow. |

- Camery let out a soft hum as though she were lost in thought, her lips curling into a playful grin. The fact that he was playing along now made her heart flutter a little, and she couldn't resist leaning in just a touch closer to him. His hand on her thigh sent a wave of warmth through her, and despite the slight blush spreading across her cheeks, she didn’t pull away. Instead, she shifted closer, enjoying how the was responding to her playfulness. Her voice dropped into a teasing whisper as she leaned in closer to his ear, her words full of mischief. "There are a few people at the event tonight that I’d let carry me off to bed," she murmured, her eyes twinkling with a mix of humor and boldness. She gave him a playful look, enjoying the way her words would land. "But you wouldn’t let anyone touch your princess like that, would you?" Her lips curled up further, as she waited for his response, her teasing tone laced with a hint of challenge. She pulled back just enough to give him a wicked grin, her laughter bubbling up. "Oh, and I definitely can't handle a drink," she said with a wink. "So, Kai, tonight you’ll be doing double duty—bodyguarding and babysitting me." She laughed as she sat back a little, her fingers moving to slick his hair back. |

Malakai Negri - Malakai raised an eyebrow and smirked with a chuckle. "Oh? My little innocent princess likes to hook up with guys at parties, hm?" he teased, his voice husky. "And who might be these 'few people'?" he asked, nipping at her earlobe and then licking it. He pulled away and looked her in the eye, "You, will not be hooking up with any man tonight." he promised her. "I'll be keeping my eye on you, and if you really need it that badly, you come to me and touch my back, understand?" he looked at her sternly and squeezed her thigh. Thankfully, Malakai kept track of the lunar phases, as every Night Kingdom citizen did. Tonight was a full lunar eclipse, which meant he could hide his wings even at night. And if he could sleep with the one girl he'd been wanting to do it with for the past two months, he was going to use this night wisely. |

Malakai Negri - Malakai's expression went stern, his tone of voice now serious. "If you lay a finger on another man tonight, this flirting thing needs to stop, you can take back this purple tie, and you will be looking for another bodyguard. Do you understand?" he asked, very much serious. Kai had made himself vulnerable in front of her, admitted things to her he had never told anyone else about, and now he was offering a relationship and a night in bed. These were very rare things for him to do. Kai had no patience for playing games or hard-to-get. If she wanted him, this was her chance. And if she wanted him, but just wasn't feeling it tonight, that was also fine, but as soon as she flirted, kissed, or slept with another man while Kai still held his doors open to her, he was gone. As soon as something between her and another man happened while Kai presented himself to her as an option, she would no longer get Kai as an option. There were no games with him. |

Cam watched him for a moment, her head tilted slightly, her golden-brown hair falling around her as she spoke. His hand rested on her thigh, his voice serious, his expression stern. The playfulness in her voice faded, replaced by something more uncertain. "Malakai," she murmured, her fingers running through his hair, gently slicking it back. She was about to say things he likely already knew. She couldn’t offer him a relationship. She was a princess, and he... well, he wasn’t royal. If she were to marry, it would be to a prince, someone who could strengthen her kingdom. But he probably knew that already. She sighed softly, then nodded slowly. "I understand," she said quietly. She wanted to make a joke, but something told her that he wasn’t in the mood for that. She sort of fiddled with the tie with a small hum, watching sit between his collar bones. "It'd be a shame, though. It does look good on you," she hummed softly, her eyes large, filled with a little amusement. |
