Odessa drove up to the McDonalds and parked in the parking lot. She shut off the engine, and slipped the keys and her phone into her purse before getting out. "You two coming?" she asked, looking back at the car as she walked towards the entrance. |

Odessa walks with Tony up to the entrance, and watches as Tony zipps inside. Odessa rolled her eyes and looked back at Zander. She noticed his limp and immediately felt bad for him. No, no, no Odessa don't you dare catch feelings. But Odessa wasn't a terrible person, so she waited by the door until Zander caught up. "You okay?" she asked once he had caught up and she opened the door for them to walk inside. |

Odessa sat down across the table from Tony. He had prodded at a though she didn't want to think about and that angered her. "No, I just think your an asshole who takes your brother for granted, and you need to cut the shit and grow up, but I'm not supposed to say that to a child, am I?" she retored, her tone and expression remaining calm. If Odessa was telling the truth to herself, she was feeling something somewhat close to liking Zander, but she had only met him yesterday and she refused to let herself believe that that feeling was there. |
