Kennedy arrived at the castle after a few moments, he dismounted Monty and left him in the stables like yesterday before he made his way over to the shed. Hopefully Geoffrey would have left a list liek he said of his assignments for the day. After a long while of getting lost and turned around he eventually made it to the shed, when he got there he immediately reconigzed the face of Mercy which sent a tiny smile to his cold face "Morning Mercy" He said a bit roughly but it sounded more friendly

"Morning. Miss me?" She grinned at him, walking over. "What are our assignments for today?"
"Nope not one bit" He teased with a wider smile as he grabbed a paper that laid inside the shed "Our? You really want to spend another day with me?" He said a bit surprised as he tried to read whatever was on the paper

"Wow, my puppy is a liar. Its okay, you don't have to admit how great I am, I know you know." She followed him. "Yes, our. I like spending time with you." She tilted her head at him in confusion as to why she wouldn't want to. "You can't get rid of me that easily."

"I am not a liar" He huffed out at her giving her a side stare before turning it back to the paper. "Did someoen give you too much wine? I don't think your thinking straight if you like my company" He stated simply before letting out a small groan and handing the paper over to her "Can you read this for me?..." He asked slowly with a tone of embarrassment

"Of course." She said, walking over to stand beside him and doing her best not to make a big deal out of it. She read out the list for him. "First he wants us to go trim and water the rosebushes in the place we met. Ill take the list." She grabbed it and rolled it up, putting it in one of her pockets. "Go do your thing." She smiled at him, hopping up to sit on the table the list was on.

"Thanks..." He grumbled quietly as he held the list out for her to read, he tried to read along with her but nothing on that paper made sense. He grumbled something to himself before nodding "Okay, sounds easy" He said before watching her hop up on a table, he smiled back at her before disappearing into the shed. A few moments later he appeared with bush cutters and a watering pale. "You gonna go with me or just going to sit there and look pretty like last time" He asked but it was more of a tease if anything he didn't care if she followed or not

"Im coming with you, obviously. I don't feel like walking though, so would you be a dear and carry me?" She asked sarcastically, slipping off the table and brushing past him, grabbing the watering pail and weaving through the gardens again, popping the watering pail down. She took a running start up to her tree, gracefully slipping into the branches and grabbing her bag, snapping two apples off the tree as she did so. She slipped back down and ran back to him, throwing her bag on the ground. "Try these apples. I swear, they are the best thing in this garden." She tossed him one, taking a bite of her own.

He rolled his eyes at he sarcastic remark "Carry yourself" He retorted back with a snort as he turned to walk he felt her brush past him and quickly grabbed the watering pail from him. He shook his head slightly to himself before walking with her through the garden, once they reached the roses he began to just work and ignored her antics. When she tossed a apple at him though he finally paid attention, quickly he caught the apple before polishing it with his short "Bet they are" He replied before taking a bite, he automatically fell in love with the taste of it "These are better than the ones they sell in the markets" He beamed with a small satisfied smile before taking another bite

"I know! I don't know what it is, but they're just better. Maybe it's because they're... royal." She joked, standing with him to eat her apple, overjoyed that he agreed with her.
