Sierra felt somewhat confused- and sad for Tyler, He was probably tired, That thought quickly wiffed away as Tyler exited the library She knew something was really wrong, Tyler usually did not let her out of his sight, Now he purposely left her, She looked away from the window and started approaching the libraries exit nervously, "Tyler?" You could clearly hear the hint of confusion in her voice as she leaned past the entrance, "You okay?" She finally asked, moving backwards into the library, What is wrong with him? Had she hurt him? She was now wondering if what was wrong with him was because of her, She hoped not..

Tyler heard soft footsteps crossing the floor. He took a shallow breath, pain still shooting through his ribs. Tyler made sure his face looked.. stony again and turned towards the entrance as Sierra walked around the corner. "I'm fine, don't worry about it." He said quietly. If you listened closely you could detect hints of pain in his voice that even he, master of hiding emotions, couldn't hide. He tried to bring a smile to his face to back up his non-truthful words... but failed. There was a sad look in his gaze... he sighed.

Since she was a child Sierra had always been somewhat observent, Which helped her understand things more clearly than others, And that included emotions, With her knowledge being known, Tyler was lying, But he was quite well at hiding his emotions- She couldnt identify that part. Why would he lie? She didnt know wether or not to mention it, Sierra didnt want him to feel pressured but at the same time she wondered what made him lie. As if ignoring what he had just said lowly, Sierra spoke up, Questioning him, "What's wrong?" Her gaze flicking around the place as she tried to avoid eye contact, "Dont lie to me." Sierra quickly added.

Tyler opened his mouth and closed it again, his dark eyes narrowing. "I- can't exactly tell you. You wouldn't understand." He muttered, turning and looking out the window. He knew he should tell her... mostly because she pretty much ordered him to... but technically he didn't 'have' to unless she gave him a direct order. That day was the worst day in his life, and Tyler knew Sierra would either make fun of him for it... or not understand. In either case it didn't help for her to know. He closed his eyes, waiting for her to say something

Sierra looked confused, How do you know that if you dont know what my reaction will be? Or do you? Am I that predictable? She thought to herself quietly, Sierra still kept wondering what was wrong, She waited before responding to him- Thinking carefully. "Sure, Whatever." She sighed, Making it clear that the fact he didnt want to tell her made her upset. Sierra was unsure of what to say next, Or if she should try to make him feel better, Or not, She wasnt very good at decisions.. which was a bad thing- But she couldnt help it, She always found decisions hard to make. Tyler turned, looking at her. "You... fine. You'd better be prepared for a sad story if you really want to hear why I'm upset..." He muttered, his gaze downcast. He hated when his 'soft heart' gave in. Many, many of his friends had told him he isn't steel on the outside... but if you can get inside he is melted butter. (I cannot think up a better term lol) He crossed his arms, taking a breath. "Out on the ranch we have to brand calves. We captured one and the mom got angry. She charged my little brother, Chad, and I jumped in the way. She Barrled into me, breaking four of my ribs and causing severe internal bleeding. I blacked out From the pain, and when I woke up Chad was dead. My ribs never healed right, that's why it hurt so bad when you threw a book that would have usually been just a 'funny thing'. Now are you happy?" Tyler asked, pain lacerating his low voice. He hated let his emotions show... but at a point in time you get to the point where no one, nit even him can control their emotions.

A Sad Story? Sierra waited patiently for what Tyler would say, A bit suprised that his once cold look seemed to soften. Was she suppose to feel sorry for him? Well- she did.. somewhat, She had only heard half of it when she spoke, "Okay well thats your fault for not knowing the mom would get angry, It was pretty obvious" She murmered lowly, Just loud enough so Tyler could here. "Okay.. Sorry for your loss?" She said, Trying to sound empathetic. She looked away from him, Feeling slightly embarassed she couldnt somewhat provide support. It must of been hard for him to accept his brothers death.

Tyler looked at her. "You... you are impossible." He growled, stalking into the next room and leaning up against the window, just trying to get the words she spoke out of his head. He knew he neve should have told her... and he knew it was his fault. Just.. nit like that. Sierra knew SQUAT about cattle and here she was, blaming him for his brothers death. Tyler clenched his jaw. He could not BELIEVE he was dragged into this mess... being a bodyguard was the absolute worst job ever.

Sierra just rolled her eyes, Did he expect sympathy from her? He shouldn't, Because she wasn't the sympathy type. Sierra was surprised when Tyler left her alone and went into the other room right beside the library, She took that time and exited the library heading towards the dining hall, it was almost dinner time, And she wouldn't be attending it with her father, So she was heading down early to get something to eat so she wouldn't go hungry- Yet she'd do anything to avoid her father, anything. She hoped Tyler didn't follow her so she wouldn't have to see his pitful face, Yet at the same time she felt bad for Tyler- Her emotions were.. difficult.
