Tyler laughed. His deep voice rang through the clearing "I sure hope it was a good voice, considering it was mine." He grinned, then answered, "I've gone for days without sleeping then fought off a rabid wolf. I'll be fine." He remembered that time... he DID fight it off... but not exactly how you would think. At her last comment, he winced slightly. "I don't think you can walk that far." He stated. "Now, I'm just trying to help, but do you want me to get them? It's your descision, I'm just offering." Tyler said stoutly, waiting for an answer.

Regan cocked her head at him before remembering the conversation they'd had the night before... he said hewas some kind of country singer. It made sense. He had a nice voice for it, she supposed... but she had kind of taken it as him just messing around. "It was a good voice," she eventually mused to him... and it was a good voice. Or, she thought so. She shrugged at his next comment, knowing he was right... she wouldn't make it that far, especially if something picked up on her scent... but she needed her things. "It's a bit of a walk... and you don't know where it is," she murmured quietly.

Tyler hid a smile at her compliment. If SHE thought it was a nice voice, he could be America's next top model for all country singers. "Draw me a map." He shrugged. "It doesn't have to be very accurate, you just have to get me close. Raptor can track, you know. I'll tell him to find your scent, and he'll trace it back to your cabin, it that's the last place you were." Tyler said roughly, stretching out on the ground. The squirrel just got done, so he took it off and handed it to Regan. "Eat up." He suggested, putting his cowboy hat over his eyes again Edited at April 4, 2023 04:17 PM by Wild Warmbloods

The girl cocked her head at him before entering her little backpack and pulling out a sheet of thinly sliced bark and a pen. She tried to map out the best she could... and wrote directions on the side, but her handwriting was... less than good. She wasn't even sure he'd be able to read it, but oh well. She hesitantly chucked it at him as he laid there. She then looked up at him with a cocked head. "That dog of yours can do everything," she mused lightly before looking at Millie, asleep at her feet, with a fond smile. "You need to teach her to do all of this," she hummed after a few moments. When he handed the squirrel to Regan, she took it gratefully, though admittedly she wasn't all that hungry now... she was skin and bone, and to be honest that slab of meat she'd had the night before was usually enough to fill her for a week... this was a bit of a treat. "Thank you," she murmured happily.

Tyler nodded sharply. He had decided not to eat any of it, since it was small. He had a lot of muscle, and that needed to be fed, but nevertheless Regan's health came first. He caught the map before it hit him square in the face, glancing at it. "I'll teach You how to teach Millie how to do it." He smiled slightly, tipping his hat towards her before throwing it on his head and stalking away through the bushes. You heard him say, "Raptor, find it" before the sound disappeared altogether. He walked along in the forest, following the map as best he could. When he saw a shadow that was darker and bigger than the rest he sprinted towards it, seeing a cabin. When Tyler got inside he realized he had no idea where the clothes were, what to grab, or that he was a man rifling through a women's personal items. He made a face, going intoned the bedroom he saw and looking through the drawers till he found two full sets of clothing. Tyler then left as quickly as possible, running back through the woods like a wolf. He stepped on a stick as he got closer to the campsite, freezing as he got ready to dodge another dagger

Regan watched the man dart off before looking at Millie. "Hear that? You're gonna learn to track," she hummed happily to the puppy. She flopped back down on her back, not thinking about much until she realised she hadn't told Tyler where her things were... her heart thumped worriedly when he realised he didn't know where anything was, and that he'd be going through all her drawers... no doubt he would have found something to tease her about. There were also a few things she didn't exactly want him going through, which worried her a little. When she heard footsteps, she grabbed a knife but held it until she saw the man, then threw it just for the fun of it. She missed him on purpose, of course, but a small chuckle escaped her anyway.

Tyler ducked slightly, picking up the knife before continuing into the campsite. "This is a bad habit to get into." He shook the knife at her. "One day I'm going to get angry." He dropped a bag of clothes at her feet. "Lucky you, I actually found some." He grunted, pretty much collapsing by the fire. He put his feet up on a stone, pulled his hat over his face, and let loose a sigh. He out his hands behind his head to cushion it And waited for the girl to tease him about something

Regan just grinned widely at him when he shook the knife at her. She wandered over to him, well, kind of crawled and leaned over the boy, lifting the hat up from his face and sticking her face close to his playfully. "But it's fun," she purred lightly before snickering. "Plus, I want to see you get as angry as you say you get," she then added lightly before sighing and sitting back a little bit. She then gave a bit of a smile lightly to the boy and took the clothes before placing his hat back on his face. "Thank you," she chirped happily. "You didn't find anything else, did you?" She asked with furrowed brows.

Glee opened his eyes as the evening light streamed in. "Hurumph." He muttered, slowing the, again and waiting for the hat to be out back in place. "I'm refusing to get angry. I do not want to get angry. End of discussion." He muttered, readjusting his hands under his head. At her last question he lifted the hat of foot his face and looked at her. "You are welcome, and no, I did not." He said, dropping the hat back on and preparing to stay that way the rest of the night

The girl pouted at him before groaning. "You're such a bore!" she complained as she grabbed the clothes from his side and held onto them. "Go on, do it, get angry, do it!" she teased, purposely trying to annoy the man just for the fun of it... and it was fun, only he wasn't exactly responding to her. When he said that he didn't find anything else, she sighed and nodded in relief. "Good," she murmured after a few moments and went to look through the outfits he'd picked up.
