Personality: Sky is a generally calm and kind mare, with a soft heart, she can often be a bit too trusting towards others which can sometimes result in her getting hurt emotionally, but she doesn't let that stop her from meeting new horses and making friends. Sky usually never gets into a scuffle or 'fight' with other horses for she is not violent, but if she needs to se can run or open her mouth to defend someone. She sometimes gets skittish at night in the forest due to wolves and close encounters with them

Personality:
Dusty may be the kindest horse there ever was. He is friendly, open to talk about anything, and listens when you need to be heard. He can be a little too trusting, however, and that has gotten him into a few bad relationships that went the wrong way. That hasn't deterred him though. Dusty is still friendly and kind, and always knows what to say. Except when he doesn't. That doesn't happen too often but when it does he gets anxious. He is scared of swimming and of humans. He has some scars, both mental and physical, from his painful past when he lived with humans at a ranch... Dusty doesn't speak of those days. Dusty isn't a fighter and would rather make peace by negotiating or explaining things. Dusty roams the wild lands, surviving alone, even with his attempts to make friends.

(Hello Fantasy! Sorry I said I'd make the first post "next week" and yet two months later, I finally start, I've just been dealing with some things haha, sorry for the late start <3)

The sun had risen, and the world came to life, though almost halfway through the day, a pearlino manchado horse, eyes blue as ice, woke up. She yawned then got up, shook off the dust she'd collected from the previous night, Sky wanted to stretch her long Thoroughbreds legs, so she started a trot, soon picking up a canter through the field she had slept in.

The mare ran until she found a lake, she slowed to a walk then soon stopped, lowering her head for a drink, swishing her tail

He was running. Running so fast it was hard to believe. Trees and rivers swooped by him, he hardly saw them for half a second before they were gone, far behind. The wind blew his mane and tail so they billowed out behind him, like a waving flag. Then, all of a sudden, he saw a cliff in front of him. He tried to turn, but was going too fast to do anything. He shot out, over the ledge and into the air above the ocean. He fell as fast as he had been running, and he looked down to see the frothing, churning waters below, eager to swallow him whole. He gasped in horror, terrifiyed at his fate. Then, Dusty woke up.

Sweating slightly, he opened his eyes, adjusting to the early morning light. Birds sang, a little creek only a dozen meters away babbled, and the sun shone merrily down. 'What a strange dream...' He thought, slowly getting to his feet and shaking out his mane. 'I wonder what it means...' After pondering for a second, he shrugged (don't ask me how horses shrug, I have zero clue XD) to himself and walked towards the creek to take a drink.

Sky took in a hefty amount of water, and was now nibbling at the grass on the edge of the bank. Everything was peaceful, birds flying and chirping to each other, some deer had passed, their hoof beats in sinc with each other, and the wind whistled through the trees. Sky swivelled her ears, listening to the world around her, soon enough another sound came through, hoof beats, a distance away, on the other side of the river, but this was no deer, she lifted her head a little to see who could be there, after a moment her vision cleared from the glare of the sun hitting the water, there was a horse, a silver dapple grey rabicano stallion, she hadn't seen a horse in a little while, and definitely not one with a diverse coat like this horse, Sky wasn't sure what to do or say, not sure if he'd shoo her away, or if he was friendly, for now she just kept her head low and grazed some more

Dusty was feeling better after his nightmare now that he had some water in his system, and was about to head over to an incredibly green patch of grass, when he caught movement in his peripheral vision. His eyes flashed back to where the movement had come from. Another horse, with a stunning pearl-and-white splotched coat, was on the other side of the creek, grazing. After considering ignoring her for half a second, Dusty carefully stepped into the water and splashed across, trying not to frighten the mare with the racket he was accidentally making. Dusty cautiously walked up, keeping his head low to show he wasn't a threat. "Hello. My name's Dusty." He spoke with a friendly yet sensitive tone, not overly excited, but interested and engaged.

Sky bit a big spot of grass, trying to be as quiet so she didn't pester anyone, the next time she lifted her head the sound of splashing and swishing instantly filled her ears, she glared at the water, worried it was possibly a predator of some sort, but related almost instantly seeing it was the horse she saw before, but why was he coming over to her? Her curiosity and need to make a new friend got the better of her, she took a few small steps forward, her eyes fixed on the stallion, she let out a small smile, wanting to be the first to say hi, but he'd already beat her to it, she took note of his body language, keeping his head low, so she lowered hers a bit too in turn to show she was also harmless "Hello, Dusty? That's a sweet name, it suits your coat! I'm Sky" She answered in a soft tone, not wanting to be too loud, but she was interested in talking to him and possibly learning something new

Now that he was closer, Dusty could see she was even prettier up close, with striking blue eyes, and a slightly pink muzzle. She looked nice enough, and when she spoke, that confirmed his thoughts. At her warm and welcoming tone, Dusty raised his head slightly, showing his even friendlier side. "Thanks! Sky, huh? It's beautiful. Just like you!"
