Appearance: Zeph is 6'2 with a tall, lean muscled frame. He has black hair and striking features. A sharp jawline and dark blue, almost navy eyes makes him rather handsome. His medium length hair is slightly curled. He usually wears darker clothing and can be, occasionally, seen with a leather jacket on.

Personality: Confident and outgoing, but also held back at times. He is quite humorous and loves to joke around, but he is also rather cunning. He likes Lydia, but she is too controlling sometimes, and too stuck up. He plays basketball and is rather good at it, however he doesn't brag- although everyone sees him as stuck up.

Appearance: Lydia is 5'4, rather short and slim. She has blonde hair and beautiful blue eyes, though lighter. She has long hair that goes almost down to her waist and is usually pulled up in a ponytail- or a braid.

Personality: she is a billboard popular girl. A little stuck up, beautiful, and perfect. She loves attention and is on the cheerleader team for basketball, one of the best. She doesnt like not popular people- she thinks they're weird.

Sophia walked down the hall, waiting for Blake in the process. "Hey Blake!" She said when he crossed the hall to her. "Hey Soph" she replied with a smile. "How's the first day?" She asked, her head tilted. "Good I guess. Same ol' snotty kids as last year." Sophia grinned "of course." She waved him off as he turned to his neck class.

Zephyr came to school with his normal boot cut jeans, a simple black belt, dark brown boots, and a grey t-shirt with a skeleton dog on it that looked rather happy for a skeleton. Zeph was always like that. He shouldered his backpack, his dark hair falling across his dark blue eyes as he walked in. Immediately people noticed him, to his displeasure, but when Lydia walked up he smiled slightly. "Hey Lydia, how's it going?" He asked, getting to his locker and grabbing the stuff for his class while pulling other stuff away. The girl flicked her perfect blonde hair back. "Now that I see you, great." She said cheekily before glaring at the other students. "Ugh, I like the attention but don't you just hate all the staring all the time? I guess they can't stop getting a load of how pretty I am?" She flashed a smug smile. Zephyr nodded slightly. "I guess." He started moving. "See you later." He commented shortly. Lately he hadn't wanted to spend much time around Lydia. She was getting so ... prideful. And acting like she was the center of attention. If anything, he wanted to get stuck to a shadow and never be seen. He strode down the halls to his class, then sat down. He only recognized one face from Lydia's ridiculing. She hated really not popular kids, for whatever reason, and .. Blake? Was his name? Was one of them.

Blake sat down at his seat in the back corner. The teachers name was written in scratchy handwriting onto the white board. He gave a soft groan when the popular kids started to arrive. He pulled his backpack closer to his seat, his black hair falling over his brown eyes. Blake faced the front of the room.

Sophia walked quietly to her next class, already knowing her fried from last year was going to be there. "Izzy!" She hugged the girl at the door, walking into the room and picking desks that were right next to each other. "How was your summer?" She had pink highlights in her blonde hair the year before, but now they were replaced with a pale blue. "It was good. Quiet, but good. I see you got your hair done!" Izzy nodded. The two jumped when the teacher dropped a pile of papers and books onto her desk. "Welcome class. "

Zephyr glanced around the room. So many new students he didn't know. Two girls sitting at near desks kept glancing at him and whispering to each other then giggling. Zeph sighed and hunched his shoulders slightly, looking up at the board as the teacher started speaking. After the long droning class Zephyr stood and wrote some notes about homework before walking out. He almost ran into Lydia in the hall. "Oh Zeph, I was looking for you. Do you want to go out tonight? There's going to be a giant party being thrown and all the popular people will be there." Lydia smiled, placing a hand on his chest as she looked up at him. Zephyr shook his head slowly. "I really don't feel conformable going to a party... they're not any fun to me." He answered, a bit surprised when Lydia huffed and stomped a foot as she stepped back. "Zephyr Lawrence, you NEVER want to do anything with me! Do you even like me?! Gosh! We're done for now! I need a break from your stupidity!" She all but shrieked, stomping away. Zephyr flinched a little, watching her retreat before going to his locker. There were going to be teasing about that. He sighed heavily and grabbed his books for the next subject. He couldn't wait till lunch.

Sophia and Izzy walked out of the classroom to witness Lydia yelling at Zephyr. Sophia winced when Lydia walked away. "Ouch" Izzy said, elbowing Sophia. "Don't you feel sorry for him?" Sophia shot her a glance before walking to her locker. She opened the door and pulled out her books, replacing them with the previous subject. She made her way to the art room. "Bye Sophia!" Izzy yelled. Sophia gave a slight wave to her and continued on. Her face brightened as she entered the art room, sitting down at a table by herself.

Blake watched the breakup, not feeling the slightest bit of sadness. He caught a glimpse of Sophia as she walked away. +missed it+ he thought, stopping at his locker on the way to his next class.
