It surprisingly doesn't taste awful with the extra yeast. But it def needed a few more minutes to bake so that sucks. I forgot to set a timer so I winged it and failed

its literally just bread flour, water, sugar and yeast. It just takes a long time to rise

I don't make sourdough so I can't speak for that, I just make amish white bread but I find it fairly easy. The trickiest part is the yeast and making sure you get it right. I didn't even realize I had too much yeast until I looked over the recipe after my dough was made
