| Cali, I also get terrible period pain. Mostly cramps. I recommend those heat packs that you can pop in the microwave and heat up as many times as you need. I find it really helps me and the one I has can also freeze so its great for headaches |

| To be all up in 4 & 8 is exactly what you want. It's a shame she didn't go up any in week 7 though- ideally she'd have had 3s in at least one stat. But overall not the worst by far! |

| -HEE Click- This a good rate of improvements in training? Nothing happened weeks 5, 6, or 7, then everything went up 1 for week 8 |

| My last period the pain went all the way up to neck and i couldn't move. Thats the only time i ever took medicine way stronger than i shouldve. Can't remember what it was, i was utterly delusional and losing my mind |
