Appearance: Diablo is a small man, but that makes him the perfect jockey. He has no fat on his bones at all, but most of his weight is muscle. Despite being 5'6, he still has a lot of strength. Diablo has dirty blonde hair and light blue eyes that always have a teasing twinkle in them. He has a 4 inch scar going across his right cheek, and other scars in various places. He has a little blonde scruff on his chin and upper lip, which surrounds his very white teeth and bright smile. Diablo is quite handsome, that look only marred by the scar on his face. He has an Irish accent from his Irish lineage, his parents having moved from Ireland to the USA right before he was born. Diablo is usually wearing a short sleeve button up shirt with a couple buttons undone in the top, and most times blue jeans. When he is riding the race horses he wears special breeches with the horses colors. The breeches are black with a red stripe, and so is his helmet. He will be wearing black silks with red stripes.

Personality: Diablo lives up to most of his name... he is very cunning, quick witted, and a good trickster. He loves playing pranks and making jokes. Now, when you first meet him, he lives up to his first name as well. He will mercilessly tease you and prank you sometimes insult you even. When you get to know him, though, he is quite kind and caring. Now that is buried deep inside his stubborn hard-headed self, which is what made him a good jockey. He loved the horses and never put them in danger, but he took risks and pushed them to their limits. He did things no other jockey did, because of his idiotic self. Sometimes people whispered Diablo had no brain, and even if he did he didn't use it. Sometimes it seemed that way, but he is a smart person.

Appearance: Demon is a blood bay with dark spots on his hind end and a nasty look in his eye. He is a long legged horse with four black socks that reach perfectly up to his knees, and snapping black points on his ears, haunches, knees, hocks, and muzzle. His mane and tail are pitch black, which contrasts with his fiery red body.

Personality: Demon is a fast, spooky stallion that thinks everything is either terrifying or meant to be eaten. He likes to bite at anyone and anything that isn't Diablo, and he will kick. He is a spit-fire, a spirited young things that cares nothing for anyone but Diablo. Now, on the inside, Demon is actually a gentle animal who loves his owner a ton. He also loves to race and will push himself past his limits to win.

Appearance: Due to her spanish bloodline, Ella has a very tanned complexion, and rather long brunette hair that compliments her skin. She has very light, brown eyes, and a toned body, partly due to being a jockey, but also because she succumbed, as a teenager, to an ED. She used to be remarkably thin, and since then built up a toned build, just fit for a female. She has a faint spanish accent, that was slightly overlooked by living in the UK for a bit, causing a posh British accent to mix in. Whilst she takes pride in her appearance, she gets very self conscious of her left lower arm, having been flicked by a sting ray some years ago, which left a nasty looking scar, plus reminding her of the day she was on the brink of death.

Personality: She's typically a closed off girl. Due to her parents being blinded by money, fame and ignorance, she tended to just keep to herself when she needed. And when she didnt need to. She hadnt grown up anything like her parents. When actually spoken too, she was friendly, outgoing and overall quite kind. She can be quite stubborn at times, and if insulted? No, she wont fight you. She'll cry, and thats it. The only thing she picked up from being rich, is being a basic cry baby.

Appearance: Stark white. No other markings on her, just a full, stark, pink-skinned white. She has an unusally dished face for a purebred TB, nd a very sleek, lean body.

Personality: An angel. Most of the time. She's incredibly fast, very well behaved and nearly completely bomb proof. Whilst she behaves incredibly well at the track, at the yard, outside of it she's a dufferent horse. She's determined.

Racing colours: Light blue, pink cross.

Diablo dodged a hoof flail as Speed Demon reared. He held the halter tighter and led the horse into the trailer, tying the wild stallion up. Diablo then closed the trailer door and closed the window, hopping into the truck. "He's ready." Diablo told the driver, and they sped away to the stable. After they got to the stable, Diablo let out a slow breath. This was their rival stable... but it was putting on a race, and he needed practice. He hopped out of the black Chevy Silverado and walked around to the back of the trailer that was swaying back and forth as Demon had a fit. "Shh buddy." Diablo called, grabbing the lead rope and going in there. He placed a comforting hand on the horse's neck and clipped the lead rope on, backing the spry stallion out. Once they were out Demon raised his dainty head and flared his nostrils, looking around with his head high. He let out a piercing whinny that floated across the stable yard. Diablo let the high-spirited stallion across the stabe yard and into the barn, putting the horse in an assigned stall.

The sound of a rather agitated horse echoed through the barns, and as Ella pulled herself up onto a stark white mare, her head swivelled, turning both of their's attention to the conundrum. Emira being the angel she was, stood and simply watched at the drama unfold, but Ella on the other hand? She rolled her eyes. She steered the calm mare toward the barn, to watch closer at what was going on, debating whether to call out or not. In the end, she settled on not saying a word, and after a little while of watching, turned Emira around and back to the arena, to work on flatwork. The big race was tomorrow, and though her father had told her to give the mare a rest, her mum had said brush up on movement skills. So of course, she took that.

Diablo glanced around and noticed a girl on a pretty white mare watching. Of course, his eyes trailed over the mare first. Obviously a good horse, with nice lines. He guessed a purebred thouroghbred. Diablo then got a racing saddle and the rest of Demon's tack, tacking the antsy stallion up. He did this because Speed Demon needed to run a little, and because they needed to work on holding back and calming down. All Demon wanted to do was go, and that wouldn't work because he would get too tired near the end of the race. Diablo led the horse out after tacking up, then mounted easily, walking out on the warm up track. He noticed the girl with the mare was there, but didn't pay attention, focusing on the prancing stallion underneath him.
