Levi was sitting on the trunk of his police curiser reading papers and said" are you trying to set me up Broodie."as Broodie said" come on after few failed relationships i gave up." as Levi got up and went to the driver side door of his curiser and opened it and put the papers on the passager side seat by his phone as Broodie said" im off to go pester my father for work see ya tonight if your not pulled patrol." |

The detective opens the door to the 49th precinct. "Good morning" She says, a slight hum in her voice. She walks around the front desk and nods to any passing colleague. She makes her way into the office, grabbing a donut from where they were casually waiting on the side. "Morning" She nods at the sargeant as she walks over to her desk. Evelyn sits down, places the donut to one side and switches on her computer monitor. She wiggles the mouse, as impatience sets in about her slow computer. She stands up, brushing herself down before heading over to the kitchenette for her 3rd coffee of the morning. She sighs "men" as she glances at the empty coffee filter pot. "WHY... can no one refill this thing?" she says in frustration. She opens the cupboard and makes herself a coffee. |

Levi waves bye to his buddy as he shut his cars door and locked it and went inside as he walked by the kitchenette shake his head and heads to his Sheriff's office to get his hand gun and radio and head out to do his shift. Alexander said" same here they can't fill that thing if there life depends on it, Levi my office door is locked im head to the courthouse." as Levi walked back and said" i need to log my gun out and get my radio." as Alexander looked at the wall clock and said" you have tweny mintues to get them and get on the streets." as Levi said" yes Sheriff." as Levi went to get his stuff. |

Evelyn watches the commotion. She finishes up making her coffee and walks back to her desk. The computer had now loaded. She sat down, tucked herself in and logged on. Again she waited for the system to load. She took a sip of her coffee and bit into her donut. Hmmmm... she hummed enjoying the taste. "There is nothing like a good cup of joe and a donut" She says, to no one in particular. |
