res. character sheet y Josef Mabliny y Gender/Pronouns: Male-He/Him Age: 22 Nicknames: None. Feel free to give him some! Appereance: Josef is relatively short, only being 5'6". He has short, brown hair which is naturally curly, though he hates it and wishes it was straight. The man's eyes are the color of the sea, a deep blue toning grey. Relatively tan with freckles everywhere on his skin. He only has a few piercings, one being through his eyebrow, the other a small septum piercing. Only tattoos Josef has is a cross on the inside of his right wrist--which sports blueish veins--and BM in memorial of his brother. The man always sports a t-shirt and shorts, unless its winter which, be honest, it the most dreadful season----to which you'll catch him wearing sweatpants and most likely a hoodie. Personality: Despite his size, Josef can be hot headed and quick to blame others for his own problems. While his patience is quite small, he's willing to grow it for others. Such as family, friends, or people he sees on a daily basis. Josef is the kind of person where if he doesn't like you, he'll tell you straight forward. Quits talking if you hack him off enough. Though for those he tolerates at best he's quite loyal, yet to those he doesn't... see those strangers over there? Those are his new besties, no time for you sorry. Backstory: Josef has lived a pretty decent life, not having much trauma besides being deathly afraid of... yup, dogs. Not big ones, the tiny ones. He said, and I quote: "I don't care if they're named Cupcake, I ain't touching it." So, no tiny dogs. Though Great Danes he loves. Addictions(not bad): Nike Dunks ~ Owns over 25 pairs. Kimchi ~ Loves the stuff, can never find it anywhere but when he can, he buys at least 4 jars and eats them in 2 days. Bed rotting ~ Uh yeah, when it comes to motivation? Dead of night : I'm going to hit the gym tommorrow, get jacked. Following morning : If I get up i'm going to die. Edited at October 16, 2025 10:39 PM by RFS Thoroughbreds

‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗ . SADIE ROSE MADISON ‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗‗ . Name meaning: Sadie - "Princess" . Preffered name: Sadie . Nicknames: Rose, Rosie, Sade, Adi, and more . Age: Twenty-three . Gender: Female . Appearance: Pretty tall in height (6'), super-short black hair that is slightly wavy and ends right below her jaw, light blue eyes that are almost grey. Sadie's skin is fair, with a hint of a tan on her face and arms. Her face is well-cut, expression kept carefully blank at all times. She has a small nose with a single piercing, plus two on each ear. Sadie's hair is styled in a bob, the ends curving inward toward her chin. She is always seen wearing either overalls and a sweater or jeans and a T-shirt. Sadie sports a baseball cap and scuffed black sneakers at all times. . Personality: Hot-headed Sarcastic Independent Untrusting Her caring side comes out with people she trusts . If someone tells Sadie she is doing something 'wrong' she will flare up and say how she can do things her own way and people don't always have to copy others. If you ask her a question, she will likely answer with another question, which is usually sarcastic. Sadie has been on her own for a while, and before that, she always felt like she was alone. Because of this, she will often refuse offers for help or tips. She thinks she can do it all herself and doesn't need anyone else to help her. When she is around people she trusts (currently has no friends) Sadie's features visibly soften. Her voice takes on a soft, kind tone, and her eyes grow brighter with compassion. Sadie has never really cared for relationships. Sure, a few times in high school she'd take someone up on the offer to make out behind the bleachers, but it never became anything and she only did it as a release mechanism for her hard life. Since then she has never tried to get friends or boyfriends. Besides, people will eventually stop caring about you. That's just how life works. ...Right? In Summary: Sadie is a stand-alone, sarcastic, loud, and irritable person. But she is not what you would call rude. Though she will often talk back to people, all she wants is to be left alone and do her work, her way. Even though she acts as if she knows she's doing the right thing, Sadie thinks of herself critically every second of the day, and is always thinking of how she can do better. . Family: Sadie has parents and one older sister. Her parents practically worship Sadie's 25-year-old sister, Bella, who is in college and getting a bunch of fancy degrees and stuff. . Backstory: Ever since she was young enough to understand what people were saying, Sadie has felt that she needs to do better. To her, Sadie's parents adore her older sister and think of their second daughter as nothing but a housemaid. They always told her, "study harder" and "your sister got an A-plus on this test." They asked, "Why can't you be like your sister?" and "Bella always understood calculus, why can't you?" When she was 18, Sadie stood up to her parents and told them that they could "continue loving Bella forever, but I'm my own person and never going to live up to your standards, so why are you still pestering me to be like her?!" Then and there, Sadie packed up and moved far away, looking for a job. She finally secured one as a photographer for a small newspaper, and soon. She'd much rather run an engineering business of some kind, or even an accountant, but it isn't half bad. In fact, she quite enjoys being behind the camera, and sometimes does it to unwind or calm down. The job pays well, and Sadie is currently in a pretty good spot financially. She's renting an apartment but plans to move to a permanent home soon, once she finds the right place. . Beliefs and values: Sadie believes that... You'll never live up to other people's standards, so stop trying. Friends are overrated. Trusting anyone is a grave mistake. . Sadie values... People who do their best because they actually want to do well. Someone who will put everything aside just to help someone else. People who are great at their jobs and are also very kind. People who don't brag. . Notable traits: Her blue-grey eyes are always penetrating, stunning, and at the same time, disorienting. . Edited at October 16, 2025 10:32 PM by Fantasy Horses

Plot: two people were on a cruise ship and are now on a small island after getting off for a rest stop. they will both fall asleep and miss the ferry, being stranded on the island for months.

Josef had been solo traveling on the cruise, finally saving up enough vacation to take off for a week or two. He had hopped off the boat, grabbing his suitcase and heading to the small island. After settling his things in, he went and layed under a chair under the sun, excited to get tanned and relax.

Sadie was excited about this trip. This was basically a paid vacation for her. It was her first solo job, and she'd been asked to take photos of marine and island wildlife for a nature magazine. The boat left the mainland a day ago and had stopped at this island as a halfway point to their first main destination; Palm Island. It was a favorite spot for sea turtles and a wildlife reserve, so Sadie was sure to get some great shots. As long as she payed attention. It had been a long ride over, and she hadn't slept in a while. She saw a few chairs set out on the beach, only a few occupied, and decided resting her legs from ocean travel might be nice. She set her backpack down and settled into the worn fabric. They would only be at the island for an hour or so before the ferry took off again, and she wasn't a big napper, so if she did fall asleep, she would definitely not sleep that long. And if she did, she was sure someone would wake her.

Josef awoke around 2 hours later, noticing the eerie quiet first. No people. No voices. Nothing. He sat up, looking around. No boat... either. His eyes went wide, realizing what he'd done. "No no no no no! No service, no way to contact anyone, and--and the boat left." He muttered, checking his phone and---yep, no service. -Why'd nobody wake me? People are nice enough nowadays to do so... or so I thought.- "Great job Josef, great job. Got yourself stranded on an island all by yourself, smart move."

Sadie thought about all the creatures she was wanting to capture on her camera tomorrow. Soon, the warm sun on her face and lapping of the ocean against the sand lulled her to sleep. It wasn't a sound that woke her, it was a silence. There were no toddlers screaming, adults conversing, or siblings shouting. Not even the honk of the boat horn. She opened her eyes and saw the empty beach. Sadie leapt up from her chair, camera bonking against her as it hung from her neck. "No no no no no--" She muttered, racing to the water's edge. She looked out to the horizon, looking for any sign of the cruise ship. Nothing. Just the shimmer of the late afternoon light on the water.

-Least I don't have to go to work and get griped at for taking off for vacation.- He thought, chuckling at the thought. "Got stranded, might as well take advantage of it." The man muttered, heading back to the center of the island which held a small house meant for one. It was the owner's, or if you rented it early enough you could get it while dropped off from the cruise. Josef took a guess of where the key was, finding it under the doormat and walking into the place. Forgetting to lock the door, he continued on to the bedroom to see how his living situation would be for a while.

Sadie muttered curses at herself for not setting an alarm of some kind. But it wasn't really her fault, was it? She hadn't known she was going to fall asleep and someone should have woken her up. So it was really everyone else's fault. That's what she told herself, but she knew it wasn't true. Sadie looked around at the island. To the right was a treeline that held a forest stretching at least a mile, but not more than three, to the south. To the left was... Well, a lot of sand. Straight ahead was more forest, but right before the treeline was a small cottage, clearly meant for the owners of the island, wherever they were. It was clear from the slightly broken-down appearance of the place that people hadn't been there in some time. Or they just hadn't taken care of it. Either way, Sadie was sure it was available for her use. She grabbed her backpack, relieved she'd thought to take it off the boat with her. She made her way to the building, picking around large bushes and rocks. Sadie tried the door handle, expecting it to be locked. To her surprise, it was open. She turned the handle and opened the door.
