~ Background ~ His mother died during childbirth with Nick; his father has always blamed him for killing his mother and has punished him for it. His father forced him into being the stereotypical white football boy and made sure he was 'perfect'. Nick hated playing football and being that way, but he had no option, as his father would hurt him again if he stepped out of line. Two years ago, he met his first boyfriend, Adrien, who helped him realize he was really gay. He'd had a girlfriend before him, but didn't feel any real feelings for her. But after a few months of dating Adrien, he mysteriously disappeared, and Nick couldn't find him anywhere. Since then, Nick has gotten over Adrien. Adrien had gotten Nick out of the abusive situation and away from his father, but with Adrien gone, Nick had to turn to the Mafia to support himself. His siblings, who he still has a good relationship with, still don't know, and he would like to keep it that way. Nick didn't want to get too involved in the mafia, so he is just a mere servant, but the mafia provides him with housing and food, so he is happy enough to stay. Although he does miss the ocean. When he lived with his father, and then lived with Adrien, he was always close to the water, always surfing and sailing. His dream is to save up enough to move back to the coast.

Dishes clattered in the kitchens as Nick put together Mr. Calloway's morning coffee—a dash of milk and a pinch of sugar. Today's breakfast was eggs and bacon, as per usual. Nick had already eaten this morning, alone in his little dingy apartment on the third floor of the Mafia headquarters. This was Mr. Calloway's house and office building, all in one. And although the living for Nick was just okay, the rest of the building was gorgeous. Once Nick had put together his coffee and breakfast, he walked it up to the penthouse, at the very top of the building, Mr. Calloway's private residence. He served the man quickly, then left, not to disturb the man. Today was cleaning the public bathrooms on the main level. Not the worst of the jobs, but certainly not the best... |

Mark jumps around saying " my big brother is finally coming home even through it would be two weeks or so " his father said " don't get to excited about it son Damon would be most likely doing things along the way so it my take a five more weeks " mark groans and said " why did you have to send him away everytime " his father snaps and said " I am not going to take that tune with you boy one he turns boss of my clan you would be his under dog " mark sighed before walking away and watch the boy who was cleaning up before walking over and said " hi Nick how's things going " as he knew everyone here even the new hires befoee he then said " did you hear my brother is going to be coming back soon hopefully or even 5 weeks " as he looks at him, even through mark was gay he had to hide it cause his father would kill him if they find out |
