Name: Chris Hart. - Age: 20 - Role: Prince - Personality: A strong willed man. He’s quite impatient with things and sometime needs a bit of encouragement. He has had a few girlfriends, but all wanted only his crown and power (he’s somewhat afraid of women now) So, in the end to keep the family name, he is being forced into an arranged marriage with someone he knows nothing about. He’s stubborn and loves when things go his own way. He’s persistent and never gives up at a small challenge. - Appearance: He has pale blonde hair with piercing blue eyes. He is tall for his age and is often looking over people. His hands are soft but sturdy and show that he takes effort in his work. - Background story: He comes from a long line of kings and is next in line IF he marries a random princess who he knows nothing about. |

Name: Annika Scout Age: 19 Gender: Female Role: Princess Personality: Annika is strong willed and determined, never letting anything slow her down. She is kind and smart, using her intellect to fix problems and make things better. She rarely comes up with a stupid or bad idea. Her idea of love comes from the hundreds of romance novels she ad read throughout her life, but she knows that every bit of it was fake. She is alone in her castle, except, of course, for her younger brother who she had begged to take the throne. She is standoffish to strangers, but once acquainted, she becomes a hyper and loving girl with no problems in the world. She dislikes her dresses, but there is the occasional dress that makes her jaw drop. Her favorite past time is riding her horse Shout and reading books. Appearance: Annika has long red hair that falls midway down her back, the waves making it look slightly shorter. She usually keeps it down or in a braid. She has a line of freckles across the bridge of her nose whis points slightly upward. Her eyes are a sea green color and she frame is about 5'4 and barely hourglass shaped. |

Chris flicked his hair out of his eyes and focused on the window, the beaming sun filtering through the small and dark room. -Ughh another day of this torture- he stated before reaching for his royal robe. He placed it on and slowly stepped towards the door opening it quietly, no doubt his mother and father would be still trying to prepare for a wedding and all Chris wanted to do was escape. He held his breath and slowly walked out and towards the golden staircase. Gently placing his hand on the rail he glided down the steps and out the front door. The wind caught up in his hair and Chris charged towards the forest wanting some alone time. |

Annika had been up for hours, already starting her day off strong with a lesson from her Father. "As King, I say you need more work..." he paused, looking lovingly into Annika's eyes "... but as your Father, I think you are doing amazing" he opened his arms and his daughter crashed into him. "I need to go see Shout. I'll be back later, Father" she stood and curtsied before leaving the room. "Joshua. Do you mind letting Gabe to get Shout tacked up for me? I need proper riding attire" she rushed upstairs and changed into a pair of comfy jeans and a shirt Mother had used when she was young. Annika treasured it and had asked even though they were willing to give her any thing else.
Annika walked out to the barn with her head held high. "Thank you Gabe! Hey Shout" she streaked the muzzle of her black rough red then mounted. "Let's go boy" they started off into the fields behind the castle. |

Chris kicked a stick that was annoying him. He pulled the robe tighter and closed his eyes letting the forest take him away. After only a few minutes of pure silence his young sister, Kate, came screaming towards him, "Mother and father want you now!" she yelled. Chris picked himself up and followed Kate back towards the deserted castle, feeling rather down. Although the news of being forced into an arranged marriage had only been given to him yesterday, the plans seemed to be saying otherwise. His mother was obsessed with meeting the "lucky" princess, while Chris's father was more looking forward to meeting his son's new father in law. Chris pushed all these thoughts aside and entered the doors of the castle. His mother greeted him with a stone cold face, "Get dressed now" Chris sighed and walked back to his room. He opened the door and quickly closed it behind him, letting himself take a deep breath "C'mon Chris you got this" he said to himself pulling on a plan white t-shirt with puffy sleeves. His mother had often told him how "handsome" he looked in that t-shirt so he thought it fit to wear it now, just in case a surprise visit came from the princess. |

Annika stopped in the field, lowering herself to the ground in a graceful manner. She pet Shout and tied him to a nearby tree. She had to be beach soon because her Father had said that she would be meeting with a prince from a neighboring country. She asked why and he answered swiftly. "I can't believe it, Shout" she growled. "After all that I've done and he's just going to throw me away!" She sat on the ground then looked at the placement of the sun. "Sorry boy, but we have to get back before Father sends guards after me. " she hauled herself onto Shouts back then galloped back to the stables. "Short ride, Your Highness" Gabe said. "Yes it was. Please put him away, thank you" she smiled at Gabe then hurried inside. She made her way to her room, changed into a pale blue dress that wasn't too formal but wasn't too casual then went to the foyer. "Here I am, Mother, Father" she curtsied then glanced over her shoulder. "Is Penton coming this time Father?" She asked. The only answer she got was a nod of her Father head. The King and Princess boarded the carriage then waved to her Mother as they made their way to the Prince. |
