When they level is a good indicator too, Stolas wasn't out of this world with his training but he levelled strongly and debuted at #9 ABLB if I recall correctly

9 should be all up. Wk 10 is nice but not mandatory. Wk 11 should show some gains from wk 7. But that's how I look at training.

For me anything 3+ is epic for week 7, and anything up week 10. I might be more picky with my program in the future but that is where I'm at right now lol

Sage had whined out a complaint when the bottle was taken from his hand, though once his brain process who was sitting in front of him, his eyes widened. "Ally," he sort of managed, cocking his head slightly. "I'm fine," he added, trying to take the bottle back, though failed since he was definitely about ready to fall over.

Sage wrinkled his nose when she said he wasn't getting any more. "I stay in the tavern," he noted, grunting as she hauled him up and then leaned on her heavily. "That or fight people," he noted with a sort of chuckle.
