| @river, or in my case, i have a very small mouth and dont have the room for them , they cause me some pretty bad jaw pain on occasion , i havent gotten around to get them removed yet xD |

| My dentist recommended I get them removed before University and while I had coverage from my parents. So that's what I did and it worked out |

| @river I have a small mouth so it was good that I eventually got them out, but some people have no issues (mine were also starting to get impacted and my teeth were crowded enough already--they really should have been taken out when I was a kid tbh) |

| River Wisdom teeth are just adult teeth that come in a bit later in life, usually anywhere between age 16-21 and no, they are not always needed to be taken out. But, because they do come in late, they can cause issues coming in, hence, why they were required to come out for so long especially in the military |

| I don’t know about wisdom teeth, but I also had baby teeth removed. My adult teeth still haven’t come down |

| River it depressed on the person I still have mine. Eventually they will be removed but it's because they are already worn down a lot |

| neither of my parents had their wisdom teeth erupt but mine did when i was 23. i only remember because it was the middle of the pandemic lol |

| When I was a teen before they started coming in my dentist mentioned to my mom that we needed to think about scheduling them to be removed. We forgot, that was years ago, and my dentist doesn't see them as a problem anymore so I guess I'm in the clear |

| I had one pulled cause when it grew another tooth grew with it. I ended up having to get it pulled when I cracked it from eating pizza |

| they're extra molars, river. not everyone has them/has them actually come up, and you don't *have* to get them removed but they do tend to hurt until you do :( |
