Talla walked inside and left the man to rest, she came back out with a thin cotton blanket, and layed it over his lap, she figured she would start healing his head when he woke up. Talla walked back inside and planned out a meal, if that man was to gain his energy again, he would need food and rest. Talla cut up some meat chunks and put them into a bowl, cooking them with seasoned stock and vegetables to make a soup.

Sage admittedly fell asleep after only a few moments. He hadn't meant to, but once he sat down his body sort of just...crashed. after maybe an hour or so, though, he woke up and wrapped the blanket around his shoulders before wandering into the kitchen, sniffing the air. He could smell the food

Talla heard the pirate move, she turned and looked at him, she saw him sniffing, she put the soup into two bowls and set them on a small wooden carved table with spoons, she sat down and invited him to sit with a spread of her arm "I haven't quite caught you name yet"

Sage was more than happy to plop down in the chair and start eating....whatever it was. He didn't really care what it was called....it just tasted good. And he was starving. And they never got home cooked meals like this on a ship ....so it really was just amazing. "I'm sage," he said in between mouthfuls of food, no longer caring much about whether she was good or not. She seemed trustworthy.

Talla nodded, "Talla" she said, taking a small spoonful of soup from her bowl, "so.. your a pirate? Do you need to fix your boat?" She asked, slightly puzzled about this man

Sage snorted lightly. "It wasn't my boat.....I was first mate," he said with a shrug. "and it's somewhere at the bottom of the ocean so I doubt we can fix it." He'd finished his soup by then, full for the first time in a while

Talla nodded, "you probably shouldn't stay here for long, the people around you want to kill you" she said, picking up their bowls and putting them in the sink, she grabbed her medical bag and approached him, she pushed his chair back away from the table with her foot, and crouched down, searching through her bag, putting down a antiseptic bottle and some cloth.
