I can only speak for single discipline show horses because I don't do eventers, but I give my E/W show horses four training sessions after leveling before I re-enter them, and I don't start them until age 2 and at least 5 sessions

okay

That all depends on the weekly training. The one that you find stable --> training center. Each level a horse has to have a few weeks of training before they become competitive in that level. Once they level up they will be at the bottom of that next level and have to do more training before they are competitive again.
Bioshock Manor

You have to know when they will level up based on rating and training each week

also how can I get the chances of my horse doing well in a show up because I don't have very many high placings
Cadence
12:18:10
okay I do pay my riders and feed the horses. and I'm currently saving for a round pen.

If your horse is assigned a rider, the rider is paid, and the horse is fed, they can train once a week

Both can matter, just differently. It depends on what you are aiming to do

0% training is probably referring to Explore/bravery training, and you need a round pen for that

Their week training is what matters

Qibli looked at his clean tack, trying to decide what he wanted to ride in. -English, of course, I should practice that for the show- He told himself, grabbing a black Dressage saddle with a royal blue pad under it. He placed it on a rack outside West's stall and then grabbed a slicker brush, going in there and brushing all the shavings and dirt off of West's coat. Qibli then picked the horse's hooves, brushed out his mane, and brushed out his tail. After that was done Qibli grabbed the pad, putting it on the horse before taking the saddle and gently placing it on West's back. Or, gently throwing it up onto the 18 hh horse's back. -Thank the Lord I'm tall- Qibli thought with a grunt as he got the saddle up there, also thankful it wasn't that heavy. He then went and got a black bridle with royal blue gemstones imbedded in the browband, slipping that over West's head. Qibli had breeches on so he just pulled on tall black riding boots and placed a helmet over his head, buckling it before grabbing some black gloves and leading West out of his stall. Qibli walked to the arena and walked his horse around before hopping on, starting the warm up.

Ella gave fletcher a good grooming making sure all the dirt and dust were off of him before she picked out his feet, once she had made sure she grabbed her saddle pad and placed it on his back before she lifted her saddle up and gently placing it on his back, "god damn you are chubby boy" she said with a chuckle as she did the girth up. She gave him a pat on the shoulder before grabbing his bridle and slipping it on and buckling it up. After double checking her gear she grabbed her helmet and put it on before she led the gelding out of the barn. Ella glanced around and noticed someone already in the arena so she headed towards the smaller ring. Once inside she fixed her stirrups before she mounted. After making sure her girth was tight she gathered up her reins and began to walk around making sure fletcher stretched and warmed up.

Qibli noticed a girl come into the other arena with her horse, but he ignored them and collected West. The big yet graceful stallion rounded his neck in a graceful arch, looking like he was floating on air as Qibli urged him into a trot. He worked on bending, suppleness, connection, tempo, and other important things for Dressage in the warm up, then finally gave West the cue to canter. However big and stocky the dapple grey stallion was, he used his muscles to look absolutely amazing... once he was finished *teasing* Qibli by sidestepping in the middle of the canter or tossing his head in a sleepy manner. Qibli then went to working on tests, sitting gently in the saddle as he guided his big horse through a maze of intricate patterns.
