| it should be based on height and weight, not age. i was 150-120lbs when i was 16 and my friend was 100-105lbs when she was 16. my brother is 14 and 140ish lbs. not all bodies are created the same! |

| Mav Yea, so that to me brings up the question of what about when your driving and stuff? xD At that point being in a booster seems like more of a risk >.< And if they keep the height reqs as well >.> |

| I just looked it up. It's interesting to say the least. I can understand where it's coming from since kids can vary in size regardless of age and it's primarily for their safety |
