| hmmm it might be randomly generated, or like they all start identical at the start? I'll be honest, I've really never paid attention to the riders other than making sure the horses match the levels and they're paid lol |

| when you click on 'assign new rider,' does the game system automatically pick the best one? |

| Summer I have the barn manager so it makes things a lot faster, but every week before I pay my riders I reassign my horses to higher level riders as needed, and fire any riders without trainers. I know there are probably some people who pay more attention and keep riders around who have more training, but I don't bother haha |
