Rin's mind was occupied by all the strange sounds that had come from the dragon beside her. Naturally, she had never heard these sounds before, and her curiosity caused her mind to dwell on them for much longer. Did they communicate through growling and huffs? What did each sound mean? Did they speak their own language? Were they able to access more of their magical essence when shifted? She continued this train of thought, now oblivious to her surroundings. She didn't notice the comfortable heat now radiating from the Draconian Prince, nor did she realize how she had started to lean against him. Her wings were now curled around her and she could feel her eyes drooping closed. She didn't think the day's events had taken such a toll on her. She was exhausted. And so, she fell asleep, her gaze to the stars and her mind filled with questions regarding a certain dragon. *************************** Early the next Morning *************************** Rin groaned at the sound of birds chirping, birds that are most definitely not songbirds. She instinctively covered her face with a wing before nuzzling into the warm pillow. Wait... WARM pillow!? And SCALY!? She opened her eyes at the realization, sitting up and looking around her. She was still on the cliff and so was the prince... they had slept there through the night... she had slept on him. A dark blush crept to her cheeks. Even though the prince was still in his dragon form, it was improper for a lady, much less a princess, to spend the night with a man. . "Pri-Prince! Prince Apollo!?" she whisper-shouted at the prince, gently tapping his neck. "You need to wake up! We-we need to get back to the palace!" she continued in a quiet panic. They needed to get back to the palace, back to their rooms before the servants started doing their rounds. The sun hadn't quite risen yet, so they had some time to get back but they needed to hurry.

Rin glanced nervously between the stretching dragon and the castle. They needed to go, and quickly, they still had time. "Come on! We need to hurry! There's still a little time before the servants start their rounds, we can access the castle through the servant passageways... B-but you'll need to change back, you won't fit as a dragon..." she hastily explained the plan before taking a running jump off the cliff. She hovered there, waiting until the prince took off before guiding him to where the staff corridors were. It was a small entrance, situated at the back of the palace. Rin landed there, her back to the prince as she muttered an unlocking spell, unlocking the door and giving the prince some privacy to change back. Luckily, none of the staff were using this corridor just yet.
