I think you've severely undercut what Zomb has stated. We all know Zoombles is one of the fastest artists out there. Lawd knows how many pieces have been sold to different people. If horse avatar criteria were to change like it has before, that would be a TON of cuts they would need to fix to get working again. But, alas. Plain and simple. They paid for the palette. The site changing and breaking them was not your fault, but it also is not theirs. Getting overwhelmed is understandable. But outright refusing to allow them to seek other sources to fix a palette you made, they bought from you, and you now refuse to fix?

Might as well give them a refund if you ask me, considering they now have a faulty product that they legitimately can no longer use. You have to give your clientele SOMETHING to work with, or else you will probably see many people not want to give money to someone if this is a situation they themselves may be stuck in if the site ever changes again for some reason.

Zomb, I appreciate you as a person and your opinion is yous but being asked to fix over 20 palettes is exhausting. You're talking about one art piece, I'm talking about a ton of palettes which requires coding.
