So, what I do for art (on pixlr) is have the lines on one layer, and behind that have a plain white layer.
Erase anything that's outside the lines.
Then I use the wand tool to select the white outline, make a new layer, and color that. (or sometimes several new layers)
If the lineart is NOT a PNG image, the process is a little longer, but I can still explain it :)

Welsh pony is not a single breed. There are 4 Sections, A,B,C & D

Saltea, maybe for the appaloosa, sport horses or Irish sport horses. The reason is that they are the only two horse breeds you can capture with and appaloosa capture.

I am aware of that. There are multiple sections to *a lot* of the breeds on the list.
