Thanks! I decided to stop replacing riders when horses are in red since typically the ones in red aren't ready to show anyways and the riders typically level up before their show ready anyways

I've no clue I'm afraid. I know my eventing futurity riders usually level up within a year or two, and the SD ones always level during the year, but they're all the highest level ones at the start of the month so maybe 2 months if I had to guess?

Yes! She had one other freshening as a yearling, and stayed in milk for over a year and a half and was still producing about a gallon a day. I'm hoping I can do another extended lactation with her this year :D
