Genetics Game - Please Help

Ok, so I get the basics of the genetics game. I open a word document, I copy and paste the parents profiles into it and I begin creating my gene sentences. I make sure to try to use only valid combinations of the parents genes... (at least I try). But the past two times I've tried... it says I have NO CORRECT COMBINATIONS. I'm not sure how that's possible - so I need someone's help and critique. Any Genetics Game experts out there?

Make sure there are no spaces between the commas and the genetics.

It needs to be like so:

Ee,Aa,CC,rnrn,dd, etc.
