I think that it something that should be discuss with a health care professional to discuss specifics based on that person's diet, exercise, and level of diabetes. It impacts everyone differently and probably shouldn't be generalized.

Neither is really 'hard'. Prediabetic means you can still get your blood sugar down (better diet, exercise, weight loss). Diabetic means much the same with the addition of medication

Anyone else get a little jolt of excitement when you log in and see that “you’ve got mail” notification… and it’s your horse winning a title?

I was already enjoying the game, but that just took it to another level. Big thanks for continuing to add updates like this—it really makes a difference!
