Right now I am just going to do as I am told and let them handle the stuff I am not allowed to do anymore. See how much longer it takes them and what doesn't get done. Let them see I am not the issue.

Realistically, I just don't think some people want others there, was more my point. And will constantly bend and morph rules to try and make you miserable.

Del,
Well, she was whiny in general, too. I was too small to pick up a german shepherd safely and refused, suddenly it was passed off as "refusing work."

Amongst other things.

One time she snapped at me for "snarking" at her when I said, in a polite tone, "alright, I understand" to something she explained.

Versa,

Thats such an odd reason to fire someone lol

If thats truly how it is there, then I would start looking for a new position. Working in an environment where you have to constantly second guess yourself is stressful. Not good for the mental :)

My prior internship I got "fired" from. Why? An older lady who was overseeing me and all of my daily activities dropped a can of treats on the floor. She looked really in pain when she bent over to pick them up, so I offered to help.

She looked like I just screamed an insult at her...

But like I said there is always two workers and we do it all together. The main person I work with and do everything with is the Manager, which is the owners second in command

Sometimes people will explain how to do something one way but actually complete the task another. We dont always completely verbalize our process. There might be some unspoken rules that are at play here that you can only see if you shadow the task. Im sure this is frustrating.

Yep. That is one of the main reasons I left my last job. I worked there for almost 6 years and did everything the same way all those years which is the way I was taught and told by the owner. Then suddenly everything I was doing was wrong.

I would ask to shadow the owner or a coworker again for those tasks. Maybe a step in the task is escaping you and you don’t even realize it.

Well, the owner can't have it both ways. They can't train their employees one way, and do the same thing a different way. It's just gonna confuse, and piss off said workers. They get paid to do what they're trained to do.

I think so but I don't know. She will say one thing one day then say it is wrong another day. I only do things the way I was told or shown to do but then it is wrong.

You're just a 'worker bee'.
Do what you're told, regardless of how you were trained.

Is the owner the type is person where they need to do things themselves in order for it to feel like it was done right? The issue could have nothing to do with you personally. Are there other workers there you could ask to see if there is something that you might be missing?

A little frustrated, I've been playing this game since 2016 and have gone back and fourth between premium account to free account. (Which I know has nothing to do with capturing horses) but I've spend soooo many EBS trying to capture at least one EEE+ mare/stallion and have NEVER gotten lucky lol the highest I've captured as been a PEP. Please tell me I am not alone.
(I'm also stubborn so I'm not giving up lol)

Capturing is a huge money sink unless you're getting the maps from quest prizes. Even if you do manage an EEE+, chances are it's going to be weak, as lined horses are consistently stronger than most wilds. Don't give up, but also don't do what I do and dump all your finances into capturing. Use enough maps and you'll eventually capture something high-rated. Capturing without maps, when you're going for high ratings, is going to be a waste of money 99.999% of the time.

I have captured upwards of a couple thousand horses and have never, ever received something over PEW. I've given up, personally lol. Considering my HEE goals, capturing just isn't worth it for my accounts.

Wow, this is a sad read...
Maybe I am just lucky...

I love capturing and getting new colours etc.

I have caught 2 EWE Combos without Maps and maybe 10+ EEE's without Maps on Non-Capture days.
Plenty of Single W's or EE's, I dont really keep them or keep track of them.

Probably a Few Hundred EEE's on Capture day.

I dont tend to use Maps not on Capture day.

I have captured heaps of EEE horses over my time on HEE, across all accounts (mainly this one though). Plenty of W combos, some WW combos and one WWW. I guess it's luck? I'm a capture freak though, with no self control c:

Ok Ok, I am sorry!
Like Golden Crest though, I too am a Capture freak. Love it. Addicted.
I have a good 6m+ and over 300 Maps saved for this Capture day - My Biggest yet.
I have been saving madly, since Last Capture day.

But yes, I do have OK luck on non-capture days. Although I havent caught much of note in the last couple months.
Good luck to all this Capture day!
