Ooo she's gorgeous! Her color/patterns remind me of the planet Jupiter but I can't really think of something to go with that. Maybe Jupiter('s) Gypsy?

Congratulations on such a pretty filly!

First thing that comes to mind is Tiger's Eye, the gemstone.

Europa could also be a cool option - it is one of Jupiter's moons and it has stripes. :)
