Ratings nominations must me PPP+

Colour must be below PPP and have 1/1 or Best Brindle or Best Chimmy X)

What if we nominated a promising freshman every year? We all are pretty aware of the top ablb boys already, and this would give a nice freshman some interest/advertisement!
