Hello friends! I've been away for a very, very long time, and I'd like to start playing again but my schedule just hasn't been allowing. I played pretty actively from probably July 2023 through October 2024, when I got a new job working as a baker. That job was so crazy, hectic and shitty that I didn't have a choice but to quit playing. I dropped my thousand show horses, my four-year-old, #12 ABLB mare, everything because of life. I quit that job in March of 2025 and started a new job, but though the new job was considerably better, I still struggle to find time for any of my hobbies, not just HEE. I've tried to rejoin several times over the past year, but I keep getting busy and forgetting. My question is, how does everyone find time for their pixel ponies amid busy lives? I know for a fact I can't show like I used to, I don't have time to enter by hand three days a week. But if I don't show, I can't earn money and play the game. I doubt I'll return to AD breeding unless I get a really nice job, but I'd like to do some D SD, bravery, or both. Do you guys set aside one day a week to play? Set up the BM and only check in on Mondays? I really want to get back into it, I'm just so busy T.T |

I often play from my phone on breaks, lol. Though obviously this isn't enough time to show. I never have time to show. . Otherwise, for my smaller accounts, I just use the BM. I put as many horses as I can on there but train them SD so they require less managing and checking in on. It doesn't generate nearly the money that showing by hand does, but until they have studs to help keep some money, it was always enough to at least stay somewhat afloat. |

I use the BM on all of my accounts. I just don't have time to hand-enter and I figure some money + little time is better than lots of money + no time. With extra tight budgeting and offering decent broods, it's enough to comfortably stay afloat and do AD ABLB breeding. When I'm super busy, I essentially check in once a week on Mondays to feed, train, and keep my BM going. If I've got some extra time on the weekends, I hand-enter some shows as my geldings are AD which the BM isn't as compatible with (in comparison to SD). |
