Where can I find the specialty clinics? I have a quest to enter a horse in one but I don't see where they are.

Go to the Stable dropdown and go to the Training Center.
Scroll down to the bottom and you should see something that says "Check For Special Clinic Opportunities !"
Just click on that and it will take you to then :)
