It is just normal progression in the game. As we continue to breed stronger and stronger horses, we'll start seeing more horses with stronger training. You still need to wait and see the following weeks of training, though, as some can be duds or have great weaknesses (like a bar or two down weeks 5 and 6) that counter such good training.
