I had 1 Capture An Appaloosa Horse and 1 Grey Spotted Horse. I used both of these items in the Capture a Horse but was still charged the 11,000 EBS. I thought these tokens were so you don't have to pay the fees to "Capture" these certain horses?

No. You still have to pay. The tokens just guarantee you capture a horse of the specified color. The only item that allows you to capture a free horse is the Free Horse Capture, and that's if it's used in the Jungle. If used anywhere else, there will be a fee.

No, the tokens merely guarantee a colour. The only token that gives you a free capture is the 'Free Capture' token. You still pay the fee for all of the other tokens.

The free horse capture will be free no matter where you capture, not just the jungle.

You can use a free horse capture token in any of the areas, and it will be free :)

Whaaaat...? How come I didn't know this?! O.o

I captured 6 horses using the free horse capture. I captured them at the beach but it says in by bank that I captured 6 for 6000. The beach costs 6000 ebs for horse so I saved money but did not get them totally free. I don't know why this is though?

The capture horse token only counts for one horse, if you are capturing in bulk
