Rules

-- No Payment whatsoever until watermarked completed piece is sent (ebs WILL be returned if this happens). I accept Art Trades as well, specifically of Tier 2 or lower (partial payment for lower tiers).

-- Customers are not allowed to make their own cuts. Yes, I keep track of who should have what.

-- If you are blocked, do not order art from me. This should be self-explanatory.

-- Payment must be made after 48 hours unless I am notified of the delay and explanation behind it. Otherwise, the piece will be auctioned off; this includes art trades.

-- You can cancel at any given time. With that being said, you can still cancel while I`m working on your piece still- However, I will be selling it as is when finished (whatever horse you give me will be the final one).

-- Expect minimum of one month for your order to get finished. Maximum, three to four months. The maximum is lengthy solely because art block does happen and when it does- it hits me very, very hard (I`m an art/design major, please understand, xd).

-- Reserves are tentative. This means I can deny/cancel them at any time until I work on them as they are reserves. For stable sets and horse avis, this is unlikely.

-- I will not cancel any orders that are in the works on my end, unless necessary (major event, too much college homework, etc.)

-- Custom All Cuts will be auctions only. This is because they take me way longer than other kinds of orders; most take me 10+ hours.

-- If any cancellations happen, there are 100% refunds.

-- I pride myself in the equipment I use to make art! My canvases are always 3500 x 3000 with a PPI of 600, which is why most of my art is high quality. My computer is a monster, which also means most files are massive. Anywho, all pieces are done this way, so you can adjust to All Cuts if wanted.

-- Fully Painted Pieces are a possibility.. These take me up to/more than 24 hours though. Do not pester me about this ever. Custom Slot Auctions will be for these as well; I can do canines too!

What is the difference between Free Reign and Customs?

For Free Reigns, I have absolute control, except for the horse color and additions. I will ask for things you want me to avoid for Free Reigns. Customs are meant for people with specific ideas/visions for their piece. All customers have full control over the style of cuts. Do not disguise a Free Reign as a Custom; I will notice.
