I think the key if you can swing it is have a mix of BM and hand entering. The BM will alway enter *some* so its a baseline. Then you can enter a few extra that you think are ready. Once I reach 400 enrolled I start to enter by hand. But max 100, or else I get overwhelmed

She can be a little bit unreliable, and it definitely shows more with smaller herd sizes rather than when she's got a few hundred to play with.

Also, I had a look on the google sheets, and how do I register my mares without putting them up for breeding? Or when I buy rego papers, it doesn't automatically put them up for breeding?
