Whimsical Creation for Oakmoss Stud The epitome of tragedy was this forgotten tale. Eurydice died on her wedding day from a snake bite, but Orpheus was unable to handle the grief. He ventured to the Underworld after using his music, given a chance to take her back to the world of the living. However, his one condition was to not look back as she followed him. Of course, right at the edge, he turned back and she was taken back.. Now Eurydice is trapped forever in her despair and loneliness. Like many other adventerers before you, you decided to go on one of the infamous tours that have gifted others with beautiful equines. You were no different, stumbling off course and finding yourself at an abandonded temple. Rain started to pour from the heavens, forcing you to seek refuge within. You found a stone tablet, which read the following: ``Shinsi have been spotted near this temple. Some are curious while others are fierce, honoring their role as protector. There is one that is in the form of an equine, intelligent and graceful. She often favors humans and treats them with respect. Do be wary around this creature, however, as she is sometimes in a rather unforgiving mood; it is understandable, giving the state of the world The mare is rumored to have fallen from the heavens, cast out for simply being.. different. She lacks the markings of a true spirit, but perhaps it is because of her unrelenting kindness and fierce personality that makes her truly different. She wears golden armor, the sharp ends used as defensive measures. The ruby located on her chestplate is a symbol of what was once the kindest heart known to both the human and spirit world.`` You hear a soft nicker behind you and turn around. There, stands a mare with beautiful and subtle markings. She seems to gravitate you, as if two souls are reunited after eons apart. Whimsical Creation for Black Moon Magic Ancient Egypt was a struggle for you to journey through. However, you kept going in the pursuit of the rumoured creature: the Thalymrr. So far, they have only been spotted at oasis, ones that have prey animals (although the chances of just that are low). You found one and stumbled upon an already existing shrub-like shelter; coincidence to your fellow traveler.. perhaps. There were no more prey carcases littering the ground, the former ones already dried up from the heat. You did not find any new information until the following day near the body of water: ``Thalymrr females are evasive and will not approach unless their mate is nearby. If a mare has lost their mate due to any circumstances, she is as silent and deadly as a tormented spirit. They often experience what we call depression; these creatures are not only intelligent, but emotional. How intelligent? You see, some females have been spotted with odd rope-like accessories tied around their rear with berries and other foods attached; perhaps this is a method to keep snacks on hand while moving from one oasis to another..`` You suddenly hear a splash and turn, finding yourself a few feet away from a Thalymrr. She was focused on drinking from the water, having not noticed you. The first thing you notice is her coat, fading from a palomino to a more perlinno-like color; perhaps this is natural for females.. She suddenly spots you, but instead of running away, she stumbles towards you. Her coat has a few berries smeared into it, forming unknown symbols. The meanings would probably be a mystery for a while.. She nudges your hand and snorts, flicking her ears towards you. Gradually, you realize she is a friend and not a foe. There is a lingering sadness in her eyes, however..
