The Hollow Horses are a species similar to horses (or Equus caballus), both coming from the common ancestor Eohippus. When the Earth was hit suddenly by several natural disasters million of years ago, a Founder Effect caused this distinct species of Equus.

For ages, the Hollow Horses have survived peacefully, studied but unbothered by humans. Except now, they need your help to keep their population thriving. The different herds have started having fertility issues, and you have been tasked to save the species. This journey will depict which mare and which stallion you come across, evidently leading to the next generation of Hollow Horses.

The Beginning

You and your trusty mule Charlie are out for a long journey to the Northern border, where whispers that the Hollow Horse bachelors have been hanging around. The wind wips at your clothes and Charlie's fluffy winter coat, but you push forward to Fates Hollow. You knew this trek was going to be challenging, with the rocky earth and cold Northern winds, but whats at stake makes it seem like childs play.

The fate of an entire generation lays in your hands and Charlie's strong back, so you both plow forward through the ice and snow. The path to Fate is treacherous, and soon your decisions will impact not only your outcome, but also the outcome of an entire species.

Decision 1: You and Charlie come across a massive fallen tree. Do you:
A) Attempt to climb over the log
B) Brave the forest, and find a way around

Decision 2: There's a split in the path. Do you:
A) Take the dark and steep path down
B) Go into the open meadow
C) Start to climb the mountain
.
Decision 3: Nightfall has begun. Do you:
A) Continue. There is no time to rest.
B) Stop and make camp. Do not light a fire.
C) Stop and make camp. Light a fire and make a stew.

Decision 4: It's morning. You and your mount are beginning to feel the effects of your travels. Do you:
A) Briskly check the surrounding area, and then take a rest. Planing to take a slow day to refresh heal.
B) Plow forward and continue. You are still miles from the Northern border, and you need to keep making up ground.
C) Rest for a few hours, then slowly begin your travels around midday.

Decision 5: Finally, you have made it. Do you:
A) Wait. Let the Hollow Horse choose you.
A1) Sing
A2) Stay quiet
B) Search on foot and let Charlie rest.
B1) Check the forest
B2) Check the lake

Final Decision: You and a Hollow Horse make eye contact. It looks at you wearily. This Hollow has seen several humans, but has never been so close. Do you:
A) Approach
B) Stand quiet and wait
