. Welcome to Cloudy's Dignified Drafties! a breedable adopt shop . ---+--- . Before we get onto the super cute drafts, we've got to go over some basic information about them! . This adopt shop features the breeding of my super cute draft horses. While you can give some input on your draft's design, these are not customs. Their designs are mostly random. I am no genetics expert, so any bred foals will not always be completely genetically acurate. . In this shop, you can breed mares and stallions together, as well as search the market for a horse that fits your desires. . There are six different bases for the drafts, consisting of three unique breeds, and a stallion base and mare base for each. On top of the six unique bases, each draftie has one of three unique mustache styles and one of three unique chin floof styles. The possibilities are endless! Stallions of each breed come with a different dignified accessory, and you get to pick the color! . Each stallion can breed 5 times, and each mare can breed 3 times. There is a Dignified Drafties registry, so I will be keeping track of your draft's available breedings. When foals are born, they are instantly 'aged' up, and added to the registry. Horses are recorded in the registry by their number (ex. CDD #10), not their names. So, if you purchase a horse that comes with a name (an ex-stud or ex-brood), you can change their name! All sold horses come with a transparent background, the background they are displayed with in the forum is just to so that their white markings show up. . ---+--- . . Cloudy's Dignified Drafties Horse Purchase . After all of a stud/broodmares public breedings have been used, they will move to the Horse Purchase. Here, they can be bought by anyone. Since studs and broods have already had their breedings used up, after purchase they get 1 more bonus breeding with their new owner before they cannot be bred again. There are some special exception horses marked by * * that have all 3 or all 5 breedings still available. . To buy just ask, hey can I buy "horse name & number?". I'll confirm that you can, and after you send ebs, I'll send your new horse over! . . . . . Cloudy's Dignified Drafties Mare/Stallion Search . Have a perfect mare/stallion in mind? Or, just want to get your own mare/stallion to establish your herd with. Well, you've come to the right place! In the Mare/Stallion Search, you can search for a draft that meets your criteria. . However, these horses will not fit your every wish and desire. Each one will have their random aspects to them, but you can influence what they might turn out to be. The only certain thing about your draft will be the selected trait. Whatever trait you chose will be present in the draft chosen for you. Choose wisely, your horse may only have one selected trait. . ---+--- . please copy full form . . Cloudy's Dignified Drafties Breeding . Welcome to the breeding center! Here, you can breed horses. You can either breed a public brood to a public stud, one of your own mares to a public stud, one of your studs to a public mare, or two of your horses. Two horses can only be bred if both have enough breedings remaining. Mares can be bred 3 times, and stallions can be bred twice. Crossbreeding is Allowed! But their is no crossbreed base, so the foal will have a random body type. The amount of breedings left per horse can be found in the CDD Registry.* . Foals will be instantly aged up and depending on their gender, they will either be drawn on the mare or stallion base. Genetics will not be perfect, but your foal will inherit traits like pattern, chin floof length and mustache type from its parents. Foals will be added to the CDD Registry at birth.* . *A link to the registry is available in the first post. . ---+--- . Breeding Items more items may be added over time . filly feed | 2k - when fed to a mare/stallion, the resulting foal is almost always a filly colt feed | 2k - when fed to a mare/stallion, the resulting foal is almost always a colt fancy feed | 3k - when fed to a mare/stallion, the resulting foal is more likely to have more than one coat pattern fertility feed | 5k - when fed to a mare/stallion, the pairing with result with twin foals gene feed A* | 4k - when fed to a mare/stallion with a rare gene (manchado, chimera, brindle, lace, etc.), the pairing is very likely to result in a foal who also has that rare gene. gene feed B* | 4k - when fed to a mare/stallion without a rare gene (manchado, chimera, brindle, lace, etc.), the pairing is more likely to result in a foal with a random rare gene. * = more detailed explanation available on Page 7 . ---+--- . please copy full form .
