Glad you’re here. SR Intake & Placement works with pre-captured wild horses and also supports players who want to catch their own. Whether you’re adopting from our intake list or heading out to make a capture yourself, the goal is the same — placing horses in the right hands.

Any horse listed here has already been caught and looked over, so you’ll have a clear idea of temperament and behavior before adopting. We keep things honest and straightforward, and we’re always happy to answer questions or help you figure out if a horse is a good fit.

If you’d rather do the capture yourself, that option’s always open too. Some people like the challenge and the story that comes with it — and that’s completely welcome here.

Rules & Extra Info

Please take a moment to read through before adopting or participating.

• Be respectful and patient. This is meant to be fun and low-stress for everyone.

• Adoptions and captures are first come, first served, unless stated otherwise.

• Once a horse is adopted, it’s considered final, so please be sure before committing.

• If you’re unsure about anything, just ask — I’d rather explain than have confusion later.

Bases & Coloring

All horses listed through SR Intake & Placement use bases and coloring created by me.

• Once purchased, horses may be used anywhere (profiles, roleplay, pages, etc.).

• Credit is required whenever the horse is displayed on or off-site.

• Do not remove, edit, or reuse the base or coloring itself.

I put a lot of time into each design, and credit helps support the work that goes into keeping this shop running — thank you for respecting that 🤍

Wild Captures

Looking for a bit of adventure? Our wild capture program lets you catch your own horses directly from the range! Each capture costs 12,000 EB and gives you a chance to claim a unique horse with random genetics. Please pay upfront after you've posted your form.

Captures are designed to be fair, fun, and fully documented, and each horse comes with a small profile once caught. You can choose from three different capture areas, each with its own likely genetics to help you decide where to search.

Capture Areas & Possible Genetics

1. Forest Range

• Description: Shady woods, streams, and hidden clearings.

• Possible Genetics: Bay, Chestnut, Black, Tobiano, Dun, Minimal Blaze/Star markings.

2. Mountain Pass

• Description: Rocky cliffs and highland trails — horses here are hardy.

• Possible Genetics: Gray, Roan, Palomino, Sabino, Larger Blaze/Leg markings.

3. Open Plains

• Description: Wide fields and gentle hills — easy to spot, but horses may be faster.

• Possible Genetics: Buckskin, Cremello, Pinto, Spotting Patterns, Smaller markings.

Note: Genetics are randomized within the area, so each capture is unique.
