So true! I'm never inclined to buy them from others since that money is better spent on upgrades in my opinion - but I do like them as a gimmick when they are gifted to me by the game 😂

I breed for ratings & rarity- it has taken me over 5 years & this is only my second ever bred WWW. 1 of 45 but had I focused purely on ratings I probably would have 5 more WWWs in my barn

I would not cull for color rarity, but more for homozygous color patterns.
You want breeding stock that is able to make each foal colored with the desired patterns instead of just a 25% chance (50% from mare and 50% from stud)

I do colourrates, in beginning I got stock in 1 of 200 then culled to 1 in 100 then down to in 50, added the ratings and now this is more or less results

i also look at potential for a color rarity that is going to more rare and how well they produce

Personally I don't breed by color rarity just by how finicky that is ( changes alot depending on how many horses of that coat is born, then rated and or then FRed) i keep or FR based on if I like that combination of patterns for my purely for color stock

native i recommend going lower on color rarity then doing 1 of 50 or less may help cull and produce horses with a color rarity that is worth more

Ella had been around horses before she could even walk. Her mother used to take her down to the stables when she was young and honestly she loved every minute of it. As Ella grew older she began to get more experience with the horses. She would show every weekend and would always been down at the stables all day everyday. A few years later Ella decided to start her own team of elite show jumpers. Most of them were very successful and once they were retired they would be turned out in the field to live there days out and if they were healthy enough they were put into foal. Ella then decide she wanted to take her skills further and applied for they yearly brumby round up which took place every year in February. So as they date neared of the muster Ella made the long trip to were the brumbies would be held for a couple of days. Ella was excited and also nervous as this was her first time doing something like this but everyone had faith in her and knew she could do it.

The day of the round up
Ella was leaning on the fence as she watched the first group of brumbies being brought in. As they ran into the pens, she studied each of them but didnt find anything that caught her eye so she decided to wait and to see what the other horses were like. Group after group the brumbies were brought in but still none that Ella wanted until the last group of brumbies were brought in. Ella climbed upon the fence and got a better look. She eyed up what seemed to be a bay stallion with 2 back stockings and a blaze. The stud seemed to be confused but there was just something about him that made Ella pick him. "I'll take him" Ella called as she pointed to the stud, two guys nodded and moved him away from the herd and into a separate pen. Ella went back and scanned the herd again, this time spotting a dark brown mare with what seemed to be light highlights on her body and a big star on her forehead "I'll also take that mare to" she said. Ella watched as the mare was moved into the pen next to the stud she had chosen. She jumped off of the fence and walked towards the pen, she sighed this was just the beginning.
