| @gladius yea i get those too! ive had a few that i remember having as a kid (i was the night terror kid waking up at all hours of the night screaming because of them lol my poor parents) but ill have those dreams now and theirs more detail or itll have an ending ? other times ill wake myself up from a nightmare to fall back asleep where i left off which i hate because it leaves me feeling hungover all day lol |

| I can't count the number of dreams I've had where I've gone "this is a dream" or "this one again?? I've had this dream *three times before*--!" the worst nightmare I ever had idk if it was night terror level but I was definitely frozen and breathing hard after |

| The only sleep paralysis I remember was a dream I was being chased by my brother who wanted to pour water on me. Somehow I got turned on my stomach and had to kick to get away. But I couldn't kick. Then I woke up just enough so I knew I was in bed and it was a dream, but I still couldn't move for another couple minutes. Usually I just lucid dream instead, which I think is the opposite. |

| @gems, wanna talk about dreams without being fully asleep? i had sleep paralysis SO BAD that while i was in a half conscious state, all i could hear was screaming, and the fire alarm going off, i was convinced my house was on fire but i couldnt move. literally nothing happened, i had just fallen asleep at like 2pm lol |

| I just listen to audiobooks or some kind of youtube video if I need some background sound. Currently hooked on people collecting the frozen iguanas in florida xD |
