Crazy because I once applied to work at a horse boarding facility that that were their exact words... because in their words I had no real experience and why should they pay a teenager.... can't remember the places name but I'm 80% sure they closed down a year or two ago

This mostly just happens in places like Wattpad, but when instead of dialogue, they go:
Main Character: Words
Other Character: Words
Is it that hard to write proper dialogue? It’s a weird pet peeve but if I see that in a book, I will definitely not be finishing it.
