Hilariously, that's an entirely plausible thing. People aren't "what you see is what you get".

This mostly just happens in places like Wattpad, but when instead of dialogue, they go: Main Character: Words Other Character: Words Is it that hard to write proper dialogue? It’s a weird pet peeve but if I see that in a book, I will definitely not be finishing it. |
