Stella I was all ways told dairy if the worst thing for acid reflux. Technically am not spouse to have diary, high fiber foods, "beef and pork" extremely limited. Hot foods am okay with tho, I love bacon wrapped jalapeno. Not spouse to eat them tho, I eat them as a treat.

Sunni, mine is the same. He decided to put a bleach bathroom cleaner on a nice table and took the varnish and everything off the table. His first words were “auh no..” then “but it says cleaner?” Yes for your bathroom NOT a wooden table.

Toast is another good thing to try when you’re stomach is feeling up for food again. It’s light on the stomach, potentially noodles or maybe even things like porridges and soft things like that - my bf is like a DYSON Hoover. He had a lemon cake in front of him. Two seconds later it was gone. I have pretty bad acid, I’m always worried about doing damage to my throat or something… Milk and yogurts are apparently good for helping ease or settle acid. I’ve only tried the milk once and it did work but it came back after

Note he did admit he hasn't water. He ain't the brightest star in the galaxy XD but his mom also didn't teach him stuff like that.

Stella he is the world's worst on just guzzling food down he also has acid reflux bad. He doesn't think about things like that. I told him the same thing, and if he keeps just over doing it while being sick. Will make it worse and soreness worsen. He had a bad headache told him more then likely dehydration from not drinking water and eating to much. Told him the first day will probably be water and chicken broth. Then test the water with some crackers.

Is he trying to eat or just gussling down water? If he is also throwing up it could possibly be just a stomach bug and your stomach could be sore from hunger and from being sick and having nothing in it… plus the muscles in your stomach could be sore from wrenching to be sick but it’s safe to get it consulted by a doctor so the doctors visit is the best idea

I also been having incontinence, my body just hates me. Luckily just my bladder being a pain again.

Stella that sounds about right I believe, normally I drink a good bit of water. I tend to flavor my water tho haha.

Oh definitely need more, from what I’m aware TMI you should be peeing 3 times a day if not more apparently that’s a sign you’re hydrated enough (don’t quote me on that I’m unsure how true that is but a doctor did tell me it but each doctor has their own info)

Stella lucky for me I don't have any dizziness. Just stomach pain lots of gas, possibly inflamed colon and a touch of a stomach bug. My husband has been throwing up more then me. I made him the liquid iv and told him to slow it down. Wait an hour then sip the water / iv mixs every 30 minutes. I feel for the man, poor guy been sick none stop. So far I just had a 4 hours of being sick every 30 minutes.

Oh definitely, it was so much easier to suck on an ice pop (or 5) over lifting my head all the time especially when the room was spinning

Sunni, just be aware that anything out side of dog friendly stores is service dog only, i'd look into exploring that avenue depending on your son's needs and diagnosis. (have a sd, mentioning it because sometimes people get them confused)

I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow, it's a virtual but something is better then nothing.

The best thing is to keep your fluids up as physically being sick can dehydrate you quickly - so if you’re able to keep water down that’s the main thing!
