All they heard was yelling gun shots and explosions Tamsen and Bailey ran out of their tent to see the enemy had attacked there base "we gotta go now" yelled Bailey as she ran towards the horses Tamsen followed her. As they reached the horses they saw another solider leaving "theirs to many of them get out of here while you can" he said before cantering off into the chaos. The girls didn't worry about there gear they jumped straight on Bailey was the first to canter off Tamsen heisted before riding in the direction bailey went.

Tamsen stayed low on the geldings back as they cantered out of the village thats when she heard a scream she looked up to see Bailey get shot and her horse go down "no" tamsen screamed despite the chaos that was happening she jumped off and ran to her aid "please please no this is not happening" tamsen said as she tried to wake Bailey up but had no hope. The solider that had left before them rode up ''we have to get out of here or were dead to'' he said ''no im not leaving her'' tamsen said ''we have to go NOW' he ordered. tamsen shock her head and ran back to her horse and got on before following the solider out of the chaos and into the woods away from it all.
