Hello! Welcome to the magical world of Araylah! :D
In the past, I had tried writing this story down but I realized that I wanted to get better at my writing before I did, so now I can spend more time developing the backbone of my story: characters!
I made some major changes pretty recently like removing one of the main characters and starting off differently. Those of you that do medieval roleplays with me will recognize a couple of these characters. For me, the purpose for roleplaying with these characters is to get a feel about them and how it is best to go about writing them. It also helps to further build their personalities and find out any quirks you might want them to have.
Without further ado, here are the characters! :D If you have any questions about them, don't be afraid to shoot me a PM. I may not know all the answers about them but it will definitely help me to figure them out! |

The Luas
Information <br style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;"> The Luas is a elven-like creature that are very human in size but with slightly pointed ears that can be hidden from Mage Hunters(A hunter of magical, humanoid creatures) quite well. They typically have dark skin and dark hair as they originated in the deserts of Ashuodon.Luasses have incredible bursts of speed of up to 45 miles per hour and strength boosts that can carry 300 pounds. These donÂ’t last for long(approximately 3 minutes) but can be trained to be more lengthy.
A Luas has the normal lifespan of a healthy human being but their metabolism is insanely high. They tend to spend at least five hours a day just eating but still get the normal eight hours of sleep that humans
require.

Mage Hunters had tried to hunt and kill Luasses but, with help from the people of Araylah and the Jarls and Lords, were outlawed and it was illegal to be a Mage Hunter. The deaths of Luasses by cruel terms lessened but they were all deceived.
A strange creature by the name of Enchanted sought out to capture them for research purposes and tortured and experimented on many until their last breath was taken. Great numbers went into hiding but the malicious creature seemed to always find their safe places. She hunted them all but a few that left their safe place and hid elsewhere. They were the last of their kind and their names were, Silver, Venus and her young son Argo, Zino, Phairyn, and Xabie. These few set on a remarkable journey to leave Araylah but it was all in vain. The siblings, Zino, Phairyn, and Xabie, died saving Silver and Venus in their attempt to leave. Not long after, Venus gave birth to a second child. She promised to never let her son fall into the hands of Enchanted so she hid and she hid well. Her significant other, Silver, also died trying to get Venus to a safe place where they could raise their child. The mother named her youngest son Silver in honor of his father. She eventually remarried to a human by the name of Rocky but Enchanted had found her again and the creature sent her own Mage Hunters after the Luas and killed her. Silver and Argo were the last known full-blooded Luasses in Araylah until they were eventually and ultimately killed by Enchanted but who knows if there are more in hidingÂ….
